Seriously, I need a rant about the american healthcare system. This is supposed to be a third world country, and not only can you get away with $80, you can actually get away with $20 at a public hospital in Thailand (just get there really early, like at 5). To add to that, I went in for stitches and the doctor said "Don't worry, I'll only put in 3 stitches. Make sure you tell the cashier 3" eventhough I had 7. Doctors who actually care more about healthcare than money and a government, though not perfect, that support this. America, the "land of the free?" People avoid hospitals like the plague. They're supposed to be treating it not causing it...

9:07 about healthcare had a accident at 5.30pm arrived at hospital 6.00pm the staff said the operation will be at 8am the next day the doctor already clocked out. The doc was on the way out saying goodbye to the emergency room staff, saw me and asked what happened the staff explained the situation and showed the x-ray the first thing he said was prepare the operation room and I'm in the operation room 7pm. I thanked him every time I went for a checkup and still feel like i haven't thanked him enough for helping me early. For everyone reading to the end ขอบคุณมากครับที่อ่านจนจบ

I did the visa BEFORE leaving the US and it was sooo easy. It took 9 business days to get approved for the Non-Immigrant (O) visa. All I need now is the 1- year extension! PS. Didn't know you were from Greensboro, lol! That's where I lived before coming here this past May!

Believe me riding a motorbike there is super easy compared to Philippines, i rode a HondaWave 125 for two mths in Phils and never had an accident, those bikes are clutchless but you still have to manually shift the gears. I miss that modified beauty.

Just found your channel and not sure if its a topic you've covered already but regarding the updated tax laws, are foreigners being taxed double now or does the double tax treaty prevent that. Seems like a lot of confusion there still. Also, in the condos you've stayed in, are there issues with cigarette smoke from neighbors? Niche issue but I have respiratory issues and looking to find a place in a city where the mentioned air quality issues isn't a big deal but having a condo wreak of cigarettes would have just as big an impact on me. Thanks for any input.

Nicely done, as usual. Looking at the temps in Thailand fools a lot of people. Koh Samui was 33 today. Most would say, pretty hot, but not too hot. But that didn't take into account the humidity. Today it was 84%, and if you have an app that takes humidity into consideration, Koh Samui had a "feels like" temp of 46 degrees. 115 degrees Fahrenheit. The body regulates its temperature by sweating. In 84% humidity, sweating does nothing to cool you down. But, the body keeps trying...by sweating more. That just leads to quick dehydration while the body overheats. An actually dangerous combination.

I like Thailand better but you can go to Philippines and extend 3 years leave 1 day start over unlimited. Language was not a barrier to me at all when I was in Thailand I just use Google translate and I stayed in a province where there was hardly any foreigners and had zero problem

@@theisaiahashleyshow4251 yes, you do need to get them as a sponsor. Put together a small five minute video, as though you are advertising it to us your audience. Send it to someone in their advertising dept. You can do it, very intelligent. I am a professional tailor, custom clothes designer. I can make what you see in your mind. 20 years. I need to leave the US, because they are holding me back from my dreams. I have been looking at the wise card, have the app. Preparing my passport / back pack to travel. I get disability as well @ 1,600 a month onto my cash app card, but switching too chine card. I do not have an American bank account. I use my cash app & chime card, direct deposit to my cash app card each month. Can you see if the wise card can connect to my routing /account number for my chime card bank?. If so, I can use my chime card to transfer the funds to my wise card. Hmmm. My friend we may be on to something. If you can connect those two or three cards, cash app has its own routing/account bank, chime , & wise. You may be able to send that five minute promotional video to all three, connecting all three for international benefit to travelers. Chime for sure does international waters.. we stay in contact, Id like to know what you come up with in your research. Ok cool, I'm doing mines as well. And so far it looks like chime & wise can be good together. This was fun. Thanks, & I hope my idea makes you the big bucks I know it can. Blessings

What a wildly remedial take. Crime is a complicated issue and can't be solely attributed to immigration. Take a look at FBI crime data or DHS reports over the years you might be surprised. The US system has many issues but the real problem with the US is partisanship and its uninformed citizens.

A new medical visa will be launched later this month. Allows you to stay for 6 months and then extend for another 6 months if you wish. Dental work much cheaper there than many countries

no place is perfect. Thailand definitely had some flaws but after being back in the USA for awhile now I think Id rather have the problems I had there. It'd be cool to have the best of both worlds, but they are just SO far from one another its no easy feat

@@DreamofThailand19000 the smoking season was rough but it's just a matter of staying home more often and making sure you have an air purifier and when you go out make sure you have N95 mask. It's rough but not as bad as people make it out to be at least from my experience.

There are two separate issues regarding foreigners paying more than Thais: private businesses v. Tourist attractions and government. Setting aside private businesses, it is perfectly reasonable for foreigners to pay more. I live in a city in the USA that has a world-renowned zoo which is free. Locals often debate charging non-residents because our taxes subsidize the zoo. I personally agree with it being free to all but charging non-residents is a reasonable argument.

I never like videos like this top reasons to do x or not to do something. Its good to be informed but people should get both the positive and the negative and let them weight the options themselves. This list is not really why you should not come they are just obstacles you need over come. You said "Suay wrong it is like singing it , I have a Thai tutor.
