Interesting about the different communities within Nocatee! What would be a good fit for a couple in their late 30s/early 40s with no kids? A bunch of loud kiddos screaming all the time isn’t my thing 🙊

The Duval County side of Nocatee has less kids, everywhere else has the potential to have LSK (loud screaming kids) 😂. I know a lot of younger couples like to live around the town center to be closer to the activities, restaurants and grocery stores.

Hi Luiz, are there any houses rented in Nacotee, or one can only live in Nacotee if they own a house in one of the Nacotee communities?

I’m 29 and looking to relocate from New York eventually down to Nocatee .. are there a lot of people in their early 30s and late 20s in that community or is it mostly families and children?!

Allen D Nease serves all of Nocatee, your child has to apply to attend PVH.

It all depends what Nocatee neighborhood you live it. Most single family homes are a one time payment a year around $450. Condos/townhouses & 55+ neighborhoods are monthly with varying prices. If you want more details, send me an email.

He is from Florida....but it is like a northern oasis. I see more Ohio State fans than Gator fans where I work out there lol I wouldn’t be surprised if there were more northerners than actual Floridians there. Not necessarily a bad thing, but you definitely hear the accents.
