From what i heard the Actor of Jason Lee Scott became a firefighter after he quit power rangers. He continued to be a hero even off screen.

I'm really mad that Wes from Time Force was placed so low, he had a good character development, he is very determined to fight to the end, his battlizer is one of the best of Power Rangers history, his relationship with Jen was one of best part of the shows and even fought an army of ciclobots by himself in the finale, i would put him in the number 3 spot.

When i rewatched Time Force I realized Wes was a humble man. He turned down his luxurious life just to save the innocent citizens and make his own destiny. That's how you do a character development. 👍

I effing know right? Wes was possibly the reason why Alex was alive. Though not sure if Alex received medic attention after ransick struck him or was he revived due to timeline paradox after Wes puts on the morphed. Plus let's agree wes's carefree not-so-by-the-book makes him one of the best red ranger and better than alex bc being a little carefree means taking self-risk just as long as it gets the job done and right

I agree that Wes should have been ranked higher as he had significant character development as the season progressed as a humble man who values compassion over materialism to define his own destiny. The real reason for Jason’s along with Zach and Trini parting from Mighty Morphin was a contract dispute with the franchise holder Saban over the low pay of less than $1000 per week and the lack of morality for workplace safety in the production.

Jason did have a big brother type of character to the others. When Billy was surrounded by puddies, he yells for Jason, when Tommy went down in very first combat as white ranger, he called for Jason, in the Zeo series when Tommy and Jason were trying to get close enough to the Power Chamber to teleport, Tommy slipped and fell, Jason stopped to pick Tommy up.

How come Nick Russell didn't earn even an honorable mention? I realize that not many people particularly liked Mystic Force, but he was a pretty great ranger. He was literally destined to save both the magic and non-magic worlds. His mom was a badass witch in her own right, and he was even more so. (Well, I guess he'd be more of a wizard than a witch, but you get the idea.) I did like this video, don't get me wrong, and I agreed with a lot of it, but come on! Give the red fire-wielding, motor-cycle riding, dragon-befriending guy a chance!Also, do you suppose you could eventually do a Top 10 Blue Rangers video? Or Top 10 Green? That could be cool.

Chelsey Schlossnagle One of the things I dislike about Mystic Force was because too much focus was on him through out the season. Other Rangers weren't that developed.

Chelsey Schlossnagle Mystic Force was a favorite of mine. I love the magic things like that and I loved that they all worked at like a record store I think?(band nerd who hasn't watched the show in 4 years.) I was kinda disappointed not seeing Mystic Force but I was glad to see ones like Jungle Fury and my absolute favorite SPD.

Nick committed the unpardonable sin among Power Rangers (especially among Reds): he wanted to give up in the finale. Now it's typical for bad shit to go down in the end: the base is fragged, weapons have proven useless, most of (if not the entire) Zord fleet is in the scrap yard, it seems like Evil finally won. Despite all this, a Red WILL man-up and do his duty, even if he gotta go down swinging. You saw Leo here near-kamikaze himself to take down Trekkeena. Carter put ass and soul on the line in Hell if it meant keeping a legion of demons outta his hometown. Wes was about to solo a thousand-plus man army of futuristic robots. Cole didn't have nothing to his name (he barely had clothes on),but still stood up against a giant-sized uber powered Master Org. And yet, Nick wants to give up despite still having SOME Ranger magic and his team wanting to get back in the game. Wouldn't be surprised if his various predecessors hunted him down afterwards

I didn't knew about giving up being such a major sin, but being on the line of the generation Ninja Storm through RPM, I definitely loved Mystic Force for being the first power ranger that was just airing atm. Nick and his father are a much lighter version of Luke and Anakin Skywalker and their story was interesting. Also nope, almost all the characters got their spotlights (except Blue Ranger perhaps)

No, instead of Tommy it should have been Wes Wes had character growth, was tough and was the ideal Red Ranger. He was also pretty powerful, he could hold of an army for some time which I don't think any other Red Ranger did except for in maybe super sentai. Tell me, would Tommy do the same thing here and send his friends back to some place safe the way wes did? He is a great red ranger no doubt but Tommy should have been no. 5 or 4 while wes is three, Andros is two and Jason is one

+J Smooth Soul Beats The power rangers are 5 teens with attitude running around in multicolored spandex fighting evil with their giant robots. Mature isn't exactly the right word. Don't get me wrong, i like the more mature tones but it doesn't feel right for this series.

@@romario8355 may be an unpopular opinion to some but I hate nick he was such an asshole especially in the 4th episode where he acted like a dick towards madi which in got her turned to stone and then he proceeds to say that she got turn to stone because she’s always shy and hiding behind a camera 😠😡🤬 If you like this character great more power to you I’m in no position to change your mind but I can’t stand him

Well I'm guessing since Jayden was unfortunately in Samurai and Samurai is the most forgettable Power Ranger series ever. And I see why Nick was left out, he was just awful.

I’d put Wes, Leo and Jack above Tyler and Scott (great pick though, very underrated and I love how that role gave Eka a chance to be in a Marvel series!) The story of Cole tracking his parents only to find out Master Org killed him and how in the end he chosen forgiveness over revenge is one of the most iconic ranger moments, also, I know there’s a lot of controversy with the actor, but he also portrayed so well Dekker in (Super) Samurai, probably the only thing i like from those seasons Also should have been TJ here, not only for the cultural and racial impact he made, but because i thought he was a better turbo leader than tommy, who i prefer as an extra ranger than a leader (RIP JDF)

I didn’t grow up with Lightspeed Rescue but, as I’ve gone back to watch the older seasons Carter has become my favorite red ranger. Everything from his unwavering bravery as both a firefighter and a power ranger to his willingness to charge into battle without a second guess has won my heart. He also very cute too!

Not at all, the reason why Jason is #1 is because he's the strongest of all the red rangers. Afterall, Jason was everything that was a textbook example of a leader, he defeated more monsters by himself then any other ranger that came after him, and he defeated Tommy and Goldar
