@@RyogaEchizen She died in a tragic car accident. I was still young to remember, but I do remember that she was a local to my area, and as a Vietnamese American, I am proud that she represented us on a kids show as big as Power Rangers.

Would've loved to see Gia get an honorable mention. She didn't have enough character focus in comparison to these other Rangers, but within her own team she had a quiet strength and presence that stood out in her season.

Yellow rangers are also portrayed as "The Muscle." or the smart ones. Lily is scary as hell during fights, just how she screams while kicking ass. I always loved the Yellow Rangers

TJ as the Blue Space Ranger is a smart one too, though not as smart as Billy and retains his leadership qualities as a Blue Space Ranger, thus at times he's a better leader than Andrés (Space Red). The other smart ones as a Blue Ranger are Ethan James (Dino Thunder), Noah (MegaForce and Super MegaForce) and Preston (Ninja Steel)

Ashley probably deserved to be on the list proper, she was a great Yellow Ranger during In Space. She was the one who reached out the most to Andros, and there was even one episode where she and Astronema swapped bodies.

Summer was an amazing yellow ranger! She was key in the RPM season, especially with her relationship with Dylan! I love Summer! Ashley should've been included in the list, not just as honorable mention! Taylor was a badass Yellow Ranger! Her character was well developed! However, my all time favorite Yellow is Kira Ford! I loved her punk, musical, strong personality!

I’m Glad to see Taylor as number 1. I definitely expected to see Kira ranked higher on this list though and for Ashley to make it as well. Kira, summer and Taylor are my 3 favorite yellow rangers.

Ashley not being on the list proper is a little disrespectful. She develops over 2 seasons (Turbo and In Space), has a really heartfelt romance with Andros, more than proved herself capable in battle, and had great personality and spunk. She's far more memorable to me than quite a few Rangers on the list. The only one I completely disagree with though is Mystic Force because the rangers besides Red got like no character development in that series. Yeah it was cool to have a male Yellow Ranger, but Dustin did the job so much better in Ninja Storm.

One of the things that gets me about Chip from Mystic Force is that he is the exact polar opposite of his Sentai counterpart. Chip is bright and optimistic while Tsubasa Ozu from Magiranger is the group's resident cynic.

According to RangerWiki, Anna Hutchison (Lily in Power Rangers Jungle Fury) had a lot of experience in mixed martial arts as well as kickboxing and regular boxing. She, along with Aljin Abella (Theo) and Jason Smith (Casey) were given a giant warehouse to practice before filming began for each episode.

@@matthew_natividad If I remember correctly, The producers of the Japanese show Jyuuden Sentai Kyoryuger" wanted a really strong and macho feeling team. They moved the tough gal character trait some sentai yellows are known for over to pink and decided to only use pink for their one female member because they felt at the time yellow was reserved for mostly women. To substitute yellow missing from the team, Gold filled in that spot. Hope this helps, I highly recommend learning more about Sentai If you havent already. It can give great insight to PR fans wanting to know why some things are the way they are. Definitely explains RPMs weirdness too hahah

It's stupid for them to say, "different genders"....the yellow ranger was never a female in the first place. The original mighty morphing power rangers in the suit was a guy in the Japanese version but when saban got it they cast a girl to be yellow ranger.

Chip, Dustin & Summer may be more new when it comes to the long and extensive list of Yellow Rangers. But they have to be some of the most empathetic and compassionate power rangers of any colors there is! Chip is so protective of his friends, when Vida became a vampire, no matter how hopeless the situation was. He never gave up on her! Dustin can be naive at times, that’s certainly true. But he looks for the good in even the worst in people. He has such a big heart and anyone that’s makes a friend like him are truly blessed and lucky. And Summer definitely didn’t have the best start in life in terms of being a selfless and good person. But she came such a long way and she’s living proof that anyone can change for the better. Every time I watch the scene where Andrus dies saving her I cry. I’m so proud of Summer and how much she grew, she’s now the first one to help others. These 3 rangers definitely earned their spots on this list!

Trini will always be #1. Her intelligence, keen fighting skill, and compassion were an incredible combination. Add to that Thuy Trang’s amazing personal story of how her and her family made it to America....yeah she’s #1

Fan Fact: Summer's actress, Rose McIver, was in both Hercules the Legendary Journeys and Xena Warrior Princess. In Hercules she played the human form of the Lernean Hydra and later Ilea, Hercules' little daughter with her older brother Paul playing Hercules' son Aeson. In Xena she played a girl called Daphne who switched bodies with Xena.

Connor Sorenson I agree. Power Rangers Samurai had a female take over as Red Ranger as a substitute. I hope eventually they’ll do one for a full season.

Trini is not the only yellow rangers to not have a skirt like the other yellow rangers in lost galaxy, lightspeed rescue, time force, wild force and spd

S.P.D. are counterpart from Dekaranger since Female Dekarangers doesn't have a skirt in Ranger Form (except have Miniskirt in Civilian Uniform like Jasmine & Umeko. Marie considered wore skirt despite she's wore "Trench coat" a like & covered full (she's Ban's Love Interest & first Female Gold Ranger despite only while time in Movie), Tetsu's Mentor, Lisa Teagle also wore skirt in her Uniform despite considered "One Piece"), Swan-San wore Ranger suit minus Breastplate, Ranger Gloves & Ranger Boots. She's also wore Black Ankle Boots & covered with Long Lab Coat with Goggle at her neck instead (she's also became DekaSwan just 4 Years at once time). The very first Female Ranger in No Skirt at Ranger form are MomoRenger, followed by Miss America (have Leotard a like), GogglePink, DynaPink, YellowFour (The first Yellow Female Sentai in Core Team), PinkFive (Both have Leotard-A like printed in their suit), ChangeMermaid (the first White Female Sentai have Pink accent Ranger suit), ChangePhoenix, YellowFlash, PinkFlash, FiveYellow & FivePink. R.I.P Thuy, she was an amazing person to start of the yellow ranger legacy. I personally think that Kira and Lily should've been higher. Lily definitely top 5 cause of how many times she's had to lift the spirits for her team
