My family and I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.

it’s a personal decision, but Forbes says housing activities will remain stagnant for the most part of the year, so maybe hold off a little.

well you could put a downpayment on a home and as well diversify as much as you can into Ai and pharm. stocks like Pfizer and JnJ. Certain Ai companies are rumoured to be overvalued and might cause a market correction, I’d suggest you go with a managed portfolio, but even those don’t perform so well, so it’s best you reach out to a proper fiduciary to guide you, that’s what works for my spouse and I.

Real Estates is one of the most profitable ventures out there but younger people must understand that the key word in all of this is "diversification" especially given the times. You shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. I have been into real estates for a very long time but I made my first million (in profit) earlier this year from stocks alone (through the help of a pro though). I also experiment with a couple of other things. Imagine what the situation would had been given the real estates market if I were solely banking on it.

@@thesportsguruu Funny enough, I can honestly relate. It's not as easy as it may sound and requires some sacrifices but it is definitely rewarding. I don't know if I am permitted to drop it here, but her name is "Nancy Lynn Lewis". Was in the news a lot in 2018. You can check her out online for more.

I have done research such as how many million employees there are in the U.S. and how many millionaires and billionaires there are. I for one had no idea just how crowded it is down here. Wonderful video ! Being a Billionaire is buying businesses, investing in commercial real estate, adding value to them and inventing some in-demand products or service wouldn't hurt and scale it to all countries. I haven't done it, but I think this is the fastest method

@Mustafa No he isn't or he won't be a billionaire today with more than 100 properties in about 18 countries all over the world. The fact that a few of his projects failed doesn't mean it i a pattern. There is no big business that has not suffered some failures, but i trump's case people are politically motivated to make those failures look greater than his success when that is no even close to been the case.
