Yup. So refreshing to not have to listen to forced cheery chatter. Although I DO LIKE Sarah Molten. She's very genuine. The worst (imo) are Gordon Ramsey and The Jazzy Vegetarian.

I think what they begin making at 3:26 is the most delightfully delicious-looking final product I've seen on these types of videos. And then I have to add the things they do with caramel, starting at 16:10.

8:50 instead of doing this, just put your cake in a cold oven, then turn it on to the temperature you need and add about 5 to 7 minutes to your estimated cooking time. This wrap around wet cloth thing is compensating for a preheated oven - DUH

You are doomed. It's like watching the makeover guy in Minneapolis. And how he does these beautiful makeovers of women up in Minnesota and all over the country. Oh my God you start to watch one and the women just are so joyful and and beautiful in a natural way and then you watch the next one and before you know it is poop and 4 o'clock in the morning. So between a good food recipe channel and make over a guy you'll never sleep. But you won't care. I offer you peace and blessings. I am in Florida. It is February 20, 2021. @@gailremp8389 Oooo yes sis, I'm a Texas Born n Raised girl and I've been living here on the West coast area for over 30 years because I got too tired of the Hurricanes, Tornados, Floods, and Bugs....So I'm here in the Desert with only an average of rain of maybe 8-10 times a year. Great for my battle with (SLE) Lupus but Honey you talk about "People that just plain Can't Cook" Jesus is his name I say !!! (smile)

I just cannot imagine trying to bite a cupcake and ending up blinded in both eyes because hazelnut spikes are there like some medieval torture cake. But I guess cupcakes are only fun until someone puts an eye out.

10:57 don’t boil things in the wrapper like this, boil water, get a bowl and put the bowl over the pot, take the chocolate out of the wrapper and put in the bowl. Then you can put it in a ziploc or piping bag.
