This series has been a life saver. I’m only new to makeup and have used this series to build my makeup collection and so far I found some wonderful products that I feel I will keep using for years to come. I got married a few months ago and used these products on my wedding day and I absolutely loved how my makeup turned out on the day and because I had to do it myself in 10 mins (long story). Tati once mentioned she likes to use setting spray over her foundation before powders, so I've tried it. I didn't press it in, but Tati uses a blow dryer to "melt" it all together so I tried that AND OMG it does make a big difference and prevent my foundation from splitting and coming off during work. I do this always now, it's a big game changer for me!

I wholeheartedly agree this feels like book club for makeup!! I’m so looking forward to seeing you do a look with all the number one products! Also so pumped for whatever update Google TV/Chromecast has done cus now I can view comments/descriptions from my TV which is how I watch nearly all of your videos. Came across this video because I was trying to find the best setting spray. I haven’t worn makeup in a couple years (depression, life stuff) and I’ve been really wanting to get back into it. The last spray I used was UD’s All Nighter and I wasn’t sure if that was still IT. And apparently it is! lol I really appreciated this video, so thank you! Funny that it’s an entire year old and it’s managed to help me out today. You’ve gained a new subscriber for sure. Your video was not only super helpful, you also seem like the sweetest person. My #1 was the #1! Woohoo!! Also In the future, I thought maybe you could do skincare products… but that is also so unique to each person. But can you imagine? Going through face wash, serums, moisturizers, etc. maybe you could just do one episode of people’s favorite skincare products in general according to skin type? I don’t know. a fragrance-free recommendation for folks who prefer no scent: maybelline’s fit me matte + poreless instant matte setting spray!! hong kong’s summers are ridiculously hot and humid (and we’re still wearing masks!), and i have very oily skin, but it kept my makeup in place for a full day in the 35c degree heat, didn’t break me out or cause irritation either!

@@draalien not yet 😐 tbh ive kinda learned that the base product itself should be good quality enough so it will stay even without spray. for example i use loreal infallible concealer and it holds pretty well when i just set w powder. still interested to buy a setting spray though just havent been a top priority

Hello! I’m a new subscriber ❤ and I love this series of the “Top 10”…I would love to see this done on a yearly basis to see how much their status changes or if new items will make the list! It’s like having your own Allure Beauty Award but “Allie’s List” award !!!….. I was wondering if you can do one focused on Clean makeup? I know that clean makeup is the trend right now and would love someone to review them. It seems like there are 2 groups for Clean makeup-prestige/expensive and affordable. It’s hard as a consumer to know if it’s worth it to splurge or can the affordable brands can be just as good. It would be great to see your reviews on both groups. I know it’s so hard to decide on what clean makeup to buy but would love your input and reviews! Love your videos! Can’t wait to see your future videos! 🎉

Love the All Nighter spray. I used to think it was the makeup I was buying. Nope, was the junk setting spray I was setting it with! I bought the All Nighter and it was the game changer. i have always used the Mac Fix Plus to wet my brush before putting on shimmer eyeshadows to make them metallic like! It works so well and keeps my eyeshadow in place.

As an older woman with mature skin, I use Chanel's Sublimage foundation. It creates a flawless dewy finish, BUT it doesn't last all day. It is also very sheer and not great for building up. However, using the Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Setting makes my foundation LAST ALL DAY. One tip I tried just to see if it worked is to apply one pump of foundation, then lightly spray with setting spray, allow to dry, apply another sheer layer of foundation, and proceed with remainder of makeup. Finally apply setting spray again. Makeup looked beautiful, but not heavy. The CT setting spray "airbrushed" it and it was soooo lasting.

I’ve recently been loving the PYT setting spray for a clean beauty option. Feels refreshing and locks it in more than the milk one for me (though I love the milk hydrogrip primer)

I voted for the CT setting spray as well. I am very oily and it holds my oils in longer than any other setting spray. So excited for the video with all the winners. Love you!
