I am re starting my slimming world journey tomorrow, I stopped last time as became vegan and started to struggle so these videos are so helpful! 😊

Hi Gillian. I found your channel a few days ago and over the last few days have watched all your vids since you joined SW last August. I've really found them enjoyable and motivational. I was veggie for 40 years then became vegan three and a half years ago. It's 100% for the animals. . I've also joined SW a few times over the years and lost 3st about 10 years ago but left about 1st off target. I've regained about half the weight again over the years. I then re-join SW and lose over a stone, then lose motivation and stop attending class. My other half used to eat meat then went vegan about 3 years ago after seeing vids on YT, which makes life easier. I've been at home on furlough for almost 4 months and have gained another half stone so now need to lose about 2.5 to 3st. Since watching your vids I'm going to try to lose some weight as I feel (and look) bigger than ever. Looking forward to seeing more vids from you. Freda

Good video. The ham slices are good wrapped around pickles as well. Pickled mini gherkins are particularly good.

Would you ever do a meat free syn value video? Such as frys vegan chicken burger, fishless fillets, etc.

Fantastic vlog Gillian I am dairy intolerant and eat lots of vegan items, but I find it so hard to find treats I really do. So a big thank you so much x😊👍🌈🌟

The peanut butter powder would make a nice low calorie satay sauce. I think i will try to find some next time I go shopping.

Thank you for your ideas, I have just found your videos. Hope you don't mind me saying though, but chick peas need to be synned if you are not using them as part of a main meal. These are classed as a tweak. Look forward to watching more of your channel 🥰

Super helpful! Especially excited about the peanut butter powder and the Choc shots but the only place I can find either of these seems to be on Amazon. Do you buy them in store? (I live in the UK)

My consultant said roasted chickpeas are considered a tweek and therefore have to be sinned. But check with your consultant.
