Cool video! Besides being informative...you give a brief but detailed description of what the island has to offer. The sites to visit seem warm and inviting with a lot to learn about your culture overall. I cannot wait to see my feet through the clear water! Bahamas...NEXT EXCURSION!!!

Hi Roe! Love your video the row boat on Paradise island makes me feel like getting on one right now and one right now also I love the idea about Bamboo shack but I prefer Compass point for the view of the ocean it's a nice place to relax and have a cocktail

Oh, you are going to love it. Yes...please visit the Cloisters. The Versailles Garden is a dream. It's on One & Only's property so just be warned. Oh yes, I'm a subscriber!! I'll be there for about a week and a half, on a tight budget, and the only person I know down there is a KZfaq friend who said he's going to take me around to different places (talk about adventurous 🤭) I told him the first stop HAS to be Bamboo Shack because it is HIGHLY recommended! 🤗 I was wondering if you had any thoughts about the Towne Hotel. It's budget-friendly and seems to have a lot of character-and the parrot! lol

Thank you so much, babes. I know the place, but have never stayed there. It's close to Paradise Island, but it's also verrrrry close to a not-so-good part of town, too. I wouldn't stay there. But, read the reviews on TripAdvisor and see what people are saying. I would rather do an airbnb in a nice area. But, if your budget is verrrrry tight then u may have to stay there.

I went down for 8 years. Haven't been since 2012. If you are offering tour guide experiences of the behind the scenes local culture...I am in. Love it down there. Jr. Junkanoo....AMAZING! The Docks...best fresh seafood and Sky Juice. Greycliff! Oh my...where I met my friend Glenn who I miss so much...and Mr. Clark. Fishing with Chubasco Charters. Slim and Lovely at the West Wind II. I'm here now and we rented a couple of side by sides to check out Nassau. I'm definitely going to stop by some of the places you said. I did Atlantis and toured Nassau a bit. Thank you for these great videos it's helping me tour your home better. 😊

Hey there! You are soooo welcome. Compass Point might be closed now. They closed down the resort permanently due to a dispute with the government, which is so unfortunate because it is such a beautiful property. But, you will have a great time! Thanks for watching.

@@nicolastedford5585 Oops...Hi Nicola. My apologies for the late reply. I meant to respond sooner. Are you looking for car rentals in Nassau or another island? The Bahamas is huge. If you're referring to Nassau, there are car rental companies like Avis through the airport. If you want a company that is local and cheaper, check out Willows Wheelz. A deposit will be required. They rent cars from $40 a day and up. I can't put the phone number here because it will get removed by KZfaq. But, you can find them on Facebook.

This is great. I would also suggest Coral Harbour and Adelaide Village. Great history there as well and a different pace then out East. Love your videos. Keep repping the 242.

The only issue with that is that costs change so rapidly that a video like that can quickly become outdated. What do you mean transportation to those places? You mean how to get to each spot once you're on the island?

Hi Solape. Sorry for the delayed response. You said cool places to stay...you mean in terms of accommodations? Like a hotel? If so, I love Baha Mar, I love the Cove (Atlantis); I love One & Only (Paradise Island); I love French Leave in Eleuthera. Lots of amazing places. I also love The Island House in New Providence (sooooooo beautiful, cozy and private).

Very well done lady. Warn a sister when you're posting snakes, yuck!!!! Yes, tours are number one and the taxi service have rates that are affordable (our business) and as you said, if you have a good guide, you will get more than you thought. I have to check out the Cafe. It looks gorgeous.

Thank you so much, Arlene. That means a lot. Unfortunately, I do not know the current price of the boat ride. Blue Lagoon (Dolphin Encounters) has a website where they have the prices listed. I think you will love it over there. The boat ride was my favourite part.

Love it! Do you know what it’s like to visit now? Or possibly end of October? I’ve heard about a lot of businesses being closed :( I’m confused if it’s still a good idea to travel there

Hi Jordan. The Bahamas is open for business. Many of the major hotels are open and booked out. The ships are returning. Businesses are open. You absolutely can and should travel there. One of my subscribers is in Nassau now enjoying some of the things I recommended in one of my videos. Lol.

Hello Paula. No, I did not mention zip lining because I have never done that, so I could not speak authoritatively on it. I believe there was one facility in Grand Bahama (another Bahamian island) that did it years ago, but I'm not sure if they still do. As for parasailing, it is definitely available, but again, I have not done it and do not recommend it. Therefore, I did not put it on my channel. Unless I personally know of a local company that is ABSOLUTELY SAFE and above reproach, I will not recommend it. Thanks for watching and safe travels.

Yes, there is. But which island are you referring to? The Bahamas has many islands. On Nassau, there is Happy Trails. Google them.
