This didnt answer my question. my Mandarin has lost almost all its leaves, they won't grow back, and some of the branches are dying back, there is no evidence of bugs or disease

What I have done so far is to trim back the branches to stimulate growth, and turned the water back...i live in southern california and the tree is in the ground year around, it was a colder than normal winter though
