I liked them. Maybe only because they were a different couple. Tue thing I hated the most about PLL is how all of them ended with their high school crush. It's creepy! I mean I would get it if they were together non stop. It's still strange that five friends would have a story like that. But they had other relationships! Serious relationships! I mean Hanna was about to get married. And then she ended marrying Caleb? Again? It doesn't make sense to me.

Jackie and Fez becoming a couple in the final season was the WORST thing that happened to the show after the fiasco with Donna going out with Randy. I believe I read/heard somewhere that during season 7 the show creators had basically run out of ideas. Imo season 8 was a BAD choice they made.

@@trinaq their friendship outside of the show is a bit questionable. There were several stories about how there was drama that stemmed from Matt's fiancée at the time. Neither of the guys on the show were even invited to Jenn's surprise wedding to Justin Thoreaux. I'm sure they're friends again now.

I don't think it was the aunt-nephew relationship that turned Game of Thrones fans off the Jon-Daenerys smooch. After all, the show is riddled with incestuous intimacies. (Cersei and Jamie, hello?) I think it was simply the fans starting to see how much downhill D&D were driving the show. The romance between Daenerys and Jon didn't seem organic, as much as it looked like just a cheap plot point to drive the narrative along. Even talking about this brings back my PTSD over how bad that show got towards the end.

I agree, it was pretty forced. When you're watching a favorite tv show and you are rolling your eyes, the romance is over...I got the series to watch at home, and felt the same way by the last couple of seasons, that it was as you said, forced...

Half of the Dawson's creek fans wanted Joey with Dawson and the other half wanted Joey with Pacey so I don't think Dawson and Joey shouldn't be on the list!

When I saw the clip of Tara and WIllow I was about to throw hands. But then I realized it was Willow/Kennedy and I shut up. Because yeah, I hated them as a couple. Kennedy was so full of herself and not in an endearing way.

I agree with #1, but your reasoning is completely bonkers. The viewers didn't hate that kiss because we never got to see where it leads. The viewers hated that kiss because Jackie and Fez were the worst couple on the show. They made no sense. They had no chemistry and Jackie and Hyde were far superior to any of her other pairings. You couple that with the fact that Fez basically spent 7 years sexually harassing Jackie and Jackie spent 7 years mocking Fez and the pairing is even more toxic. If it had happened in season 3 or 4 and if Jackie had never been paired with Hyde it is possible that it wouldn't be as universally hated, but the pairing didn't make sense with the direction the characters had taken by the time the writers decided to explore it. Most viewers are thankful we only had to endure one kiss and never had to see them as an official couple for any length of time.

That weird fanservice episode of Riverdale with the “VuGhEaD kIsS” was when I stopped denying that the show had gone downhill, and the Jailhouse Rock episode is what made me drop the show😂.

Absolutely agree on Rory and Dean! I was totally team Jess as they had a strong connection from the start. I would have loved to see the character evolve and the two ending up together, yet the authors decided to kill him off. Having Rory loose her virginity to her married ex is like turning backwards, although unfortunately agrees with her poor character development throughout the series (she becomes so annoying!). On the other hand, can’t agree with Dawson and Joey: that kiss made perfect senses in the first season, whereas I agree with Joey and Pacey ending up together in the finale.

When you think back on it, it isn't really out of character for her because Rory was entitled and had the belief that Dean was hers. She did start the series as cute and quirky, but I feel like the show is a cautionary tale of how even people with the best of intentions and potential can sour if they're not careful and for Rory it was the realization of how influential her grandparents are during the early stage in her life where you're trying to find yourself and how their wealth made her believe that she could get anything while her mom wanted to earn what she had (to an extent cause we know her parents still helped her).

I agree it made sense that Dawson and Joey kissed finally, but they had absolutely no chemistry together. Her and Pacey on the other hand... 🔥🔥🔥🔥 And yes, I was Team Jess too! Clearly the better choice for her--once he grew up a little. The writers wrote him off because they wanted to try that ill-fated spin-off with Jess and his dad. Terrible idea. And then he barely had a role in the reboot. I don't know how Rory could've been sitting across from Milo and feel nothing then go off to be with Logan, who I couldn't stand.

In Gilmore Girls, I admit Dean was my favorite person Rory has dated. But how they hooked up when Dean is married just made me sick. Dean was always a nice guy and Rory was always a nice girl; so I didn't expect them to start a infidelity like that. I didn't like that at all. And what made it worse is that they tried to get together again and then it didn't work out. So it felt like he ruined his marriage for nothing. (I'm not saying Deans wife is a saint, but she didn't deserve to be cheated on).

Dean was nice, and him building the car for Rory was amazing. But they never seemed to have much in common, he had a bad jealous streak, even before Jess, and Rory's intelligence and background made him feel insecure, which he frequently took out on her. He was mean to his wife, and he cheated on her. I was glad to see in the reboot that he grew up and got married again and was happy. But I didn't think Rory should end up with him. Jess had issues early on too, but he challenged Rory, called her out for dropping out of school, he could hold his own in conversations with her about books and music, offered her support in the reboot, and their chemistry was crazy. Of course, I may be biased because he's played by Milo Ventimiglia, and I love him.

12:34 LATER SEASONS HAD BAND-THEMED EPISODE TITLES. Season five episodes all shared titles with Led Zeppelin tunes. For season six, The Who was honored. The Rolling Stones were represented in season seven. For season eight, it was Queen.☺️☺️☺️

Serena and dan is season 1 were the least toxic ship. Blair and dan was awful, it was literally so dragged. It felt like writers had no other ideas so they just made blair and dan together.

I also did not enjoy how it just made Izzie look like a husband stealer. Spoilers: That ending where Alex left Jo for Izzie kind of confirmed that for me. She wasn’t a bad person, but her relationship storylines made her look like a cheater quite a few times.

Dean barely wanted her to go to college because it made him feel dumb and she wouldn't be in town all the time. Later Jess saw Rory show up to his poetry event, kiss him, and then reveal she still had a boyfriend. All Jess did was say that wasn't fair to him and that she should go deal with her issues.

Yes. A Dair fan. They were my favorite couple on the show. They had almost everything in common. They brought out the best in each other. Their chemistry was off the charts (in my opinion) and they supported each other. How they broke up was completely asinine and stupid. Chair made no sense to me. It was just lust and Chuck just dragged her down with him. He was abusive to her. Dan treated her well. I kind of wish Blair married Dan especially take out the part where he was Gossip Girl. I believed it in the first fee seasons, but not the rest.

While the Rory and Dean kiss was despised for a reason, it was absolutely _not_ out of character for either. Rory was an entitled little brat who was sweet and endearing, but entitled nevertheless. And Dean was controlling and jealous and insecure, which doesn't seem out of context of what he did.

THANK YOU!!! Rory was horrible and the whole town worshipped her . I will never forget when Dean broke up with her when she was basically emotionally cheating on him with Jess and everyone was like “THAT SON OF A BITCH”, like it was Dean’s fault. But he had plenty of his own issues as well.

Completely agree with Willow and Kennedy! It took me a while to like Tara, but I grew to adore her character. I never grew to like Kennedy. She bugged me. Jon and Dany kissing and having sex was quite disturbing (right up there with Jamie and Cersei). At least in their defense they didn’t know they were related unlike Jamie and Cersei who just didn’t care. Hated seeing Grissom and Sidle kissing on CSI. Ick.

i feel like Loki and Sylvie's kiss from Loki, S01E06 was also received by audiences and fans alike with mixed reactions. Some people hated and boycotted it as much as some people loved and supported it--much like Rachel and Joey's kiss. (it also doesn't look good that they're somehow the same person--variants--of each other lmao)

Did you do a poll of fans for this video? I was a teenager when Dawson’s Creek aired and there were as many D/J fans asP/J fans, particularly in the first two seasons. Dawson and Joey are still one of my favorites. I liked George/Izzy very much and found Joey/Rachel interesting. I think the main problem people had with Joey was that he wasn’t Ross and Ross got on my last nerve tbh. I didn’t hate the Vughead kiss either. Again, I think they have an interesting dynamic. I would have liked to see at least their friendship explored. Maybe I am in the minority here but most of these ships didn’t bother me and some I actually shipped.

I think I am part of the rare few who loved the joey and rachel kiss/relationship. I liked how they built a foundation as friends and just developed feelings for each other. I wish they did not give up on the story too early. They could have been like mike and phoboe and monica and chandler. Joey treated Rachel ten times better than Ross did and they had more in common. I get not all friends can make a great couple, but I believed these two had potential to be.

In reality, Ross was pretty toxic for Rachel. Joey was far superior for her. Their relationship was equal and honest, but it wasn't well received. I did like it at the time and didn't understand the hate. I do have to admit that I was happy that Rachel ended up with Ross but looking back I can see how bad that relationship actually was. I am also a David shipper when it comes to Phoebe. I didn't want her with Mike. I love Paul Rudd though. Lol.

@@soflirty84 the only reason I did not want Phoebe with David was more than just off timing all of the time. I felt he did not put her first and I cannot stand the people who only come back to you and interfere with tour life is when you are happy. I felt David did that to her. I did like their relationship at first though. Riss and Rachel were beyond toxic and never understood why they kept getting back together. Ross only loved the idea of her.

@@gabrielleduplessis7388 It's been a while, but I believe Mike and Phoebe broke up and he wanted her back after she was moving on with David. That didn't really sit right with me either. David left for work and he returned to be with Phoebe. He didn't expect her to wait, but she was single when he got back so he took a chance. Mike realized he wanted Phoebe when he was going to lose her. That isn't the romantic epiphany writers think it is. It doesn't ruin the series for me, but I will never be a Phoebe/Mike fan.

I was happy for Larry and Polly. Piper was in prison for drug smuggling and was cheating on him with Alex, plus she was just a horrible person. They tried to be there for Piper and it brought them closer. They were both better off without her.

I didn't watch any of those show so far! I saw buffy! Willow and Tara kissed! Willow likes girls! They should do one for a movie! Riverdale is that the girl from H2O! And Cole from sutie life of Zack and Cody! I thought Rachel and Ross was together! How many seasons does friends have!

Donna and Eric were obvs together most the show but the writers seemed to think that meant Jackie needed to be with all 3 of the other guys. Ugh Rachel and Joey was stupid but I'll take it over her being with toxic Ross. Mostly I just ship Rachel and staying on the plane! Willow and Kennedy were so forced Jon and Dany obviously ew Ugh Tom and Anne I could add a ton more as well

Jon and Dany were great… that was ALWAYS going to be happening and the people that protested missed a lot. I personally HATED Caleb & Spencer on “Pretty Little Liars” that was GARBAGE
