Movie 43. Seriously, how and why on earth did some of Hollywood's best agree to star in that car crash of a movie? I can only assume the director happened to have some footage of the actors and actresses doing unspeakable things with barn animals, or inhaling white powder, to physically force them to be in it.

"Valentine's Day" and "New Year's Eve" weren't great, but weren't all that bad. Definitely not worse than "Jack and Jill"...but where is "Movie 43"? Easily one of the WORST movies ever made in any year in any genre (4% on Rotten Tomatoes), with a cast that is positively blinding in its golden list of accolades: Kate Winslet, Hugh Jackman, Emma Stone, Dennis Quaid, Richard Gere, Kate Bosworth, Uma Thurman, Kristen Bell, Halle Berry, Naomi Watts, Chris Pratt, Gerard Butler, Elizabeth Banks, Julianne Moore, Tony Shalhoub...just to name a few!

happyhellday3 They are cute, and I like the way all of the stories intertwine. It's fun to figure out how they're all connected. Normally, I don't dig "chick flicks" and initially only saw "Valentine's Day" to see if it was OK for my daughter (a huge Taylor Swift fan) to see. I saw "NYE" just a few weeks ago, as I got a 2-in-1 DVD of both movies for $5. Oh, and I didn't say they were GOOD...just not that bad. Since it only cost me $6 to see both (I saw "V-Day" via Redbox for $1), it wasn't a huge waste.

Sm00th TV Is the cast supposed to be great? Salma Hayek has really delivered in ONE movie during her career (13 years ago in Frida), Chris Rock only has acting job because he's a stand-up legend, Kevin James and David Spade are mediocre, and of-course Sandler on top of all with his same retarded performance every movie he's in. They aren't even trying. This is supposed to be a terrible movie all-around.

MicrowaveBackground The only difference I see is that in the other video,they focused on movies that had 1 or 2 good actors rather than most of the cast..However it is inconsistent as Movie 43 would have been a much better fit in this video

LeoGang Monty in my opinion, it was terrible for the cast it had. There was some funny moments but overall I thought it was pretty awful. However, films are subjective so no-one has the right answer

Agreeing with at least 1 previous comment, WHERE IS MOVIE 43? It had one of the largest ensemble casts and was also one of the worst films ever made. That cast included: Hugh Jackman, Kate Winslet, Richard Gere, Emma Stone, Kate Bosworth, Elizabeth Banks, Josh Duhamel, Liev Schreiber, Naomi Watts, Uma Thurman, Jason Sudeikis, and that's not even the entire cast list.

We watch these Expendables films to be entertained but the last one was horrible. And to top it off they didn't even give it a rated R rating. It was rated PG-13...a movie with all these action stars who made their claims to fame in rated R action films...

Austin Jones It was, and it didn't have nearly the star power as many others. Harold Ramis is a historical legend with a cameo, but the big names were the leads, Jack Black and Michael Cera. Besides David Cross, any other (minor) stars only had minor roles or cameos.

I really liked Valentine's Day as well - it's so much fun and cute!! But New Year's Eve, I didn't like as much, but it was still okay :) And I still really want to watch the one that came out this year, or last year... the Mother's Day one

The Family Stone was a TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE movie and I rue having to sit through it in the movie theater. The only character I found likable in the whole hateful mess was Sarah Jessica Parker's, who I wanted to rescue and place her with a group of people you actually WOULDN'T celebrate their deaths.

+Belle Zebutte Do you mean comics? Because the cartoon is based on the comic and idk if you know this, but their are a couple of good comic book movies. Like you know almost every marvel movie and the Nolan trilogy (especially Dark Knight), and spiderman 1 and 2, the 1989 batman. You know just a couple.

spiderleenie Was gonna post the same thing. It's not perfect by any means but it's got a lot of quirky charm and if you're up for a black comedy with some sophistication it's a great film. I don't get why the popular position on it is that it sucks :|

"Candy" (1968) featured Marlon Brando, Richard Burton, James Coburn, John Huston, Walter Matthau, Ringo Starr, John Astin, and Charles Aznavour, all supporting Ewa Aulin in the title role. Never heard of it? There's a good reason why.

Liam Shields Natalie Portman wasn't really a big name yet, don't forget the movie came out 16 years ago. She was only in five films prior to Phantom Menace, only one of which she was in a leading role (Léon: The Professional). Though you could probably call it more of a lead supporting role.

"Death to Smoochy" is one of my most favorite movies ever. It has a certain type of dark humor that many people will not get unless they work with kids or are in the children entertainment industry.

Where's "The Monuments Men"? It deserved a dishonorable mention, when I saw names like Matt Damon, John Goodman, Bill Murray and George Clooney, in such an interesting idea for a film, I thought I'd be cheering at the actor's victory in the end, but instead was very very dissapointed :|

A nod to The Family Stone?? That movie was FANTASTIC. The cast had great chemistry, and despite it not being a deep movie on its face, had enough depth to make you invested in the characters. Fail WatchMojo... Fail.

In the UK we don't get the duds so often, so I'd never heard of most of these. But half way through the Big Wedding with Diane Keaton, I thought, "did they rename this to Town and Country"? Which was a renowned big-cast flop with DK, but it was a different much older film with Warren Beatty, Nastassja Kinski and Susan Sarandon. But when looking for it in DK's credits, I saw in passing The Family Stone which got an hon mensh here, so it's amazing she gets any work at all after being in so many of these terrible films as well as a lot of great ones.

Mixed Nuts? I do _NOT_ agree with your assessment! I think the critics were wrong. I loved this film, and this is the holiday film in our family. It is light, silly, campy, and simply fun. Sometimes I think that people forget why comedies are made. And nothing is funnier than Madeleine Kahn, stuck in an elevator!

I always wonder how Clint Eastwood, Tommy Lee Jones, Donald Sutherland, James Garner, & James Cromwell could make a movie like Space Cowboys, but imdb & rotten tomatoes ratings reckon I'm in minority of dislike of that one :( Oh well :)

I am actually quite surprised that "Once Upon a Crime" was not mentioned at all...I guess that makes sense since it did come out way back in 1992...But I was certain that this comedy would work...Especially with a Cast like John Candy...Sean Young...James Belushi....Cybill Shepherd...And George Hamilton....Boy was I wrong...

Personally I enjoy 'Gosford Park', which has one hell of a British cast, but I know a lot of movie "experts" don't think much of it. I think it was actually supposed to be a parody of British mysteries, but the critics didn't get that memo.

I think the worst is Mae West's deservedly forgotten last film, "Sextette". The film stars an 86-year-old Mae West as newly married to a 32-year-old Timothy Dalton, while everyone in the world is obsessing over their sex life (specifically whether Dalton is gay). Ex-husbands played by Ringo Starr (as a tempermental director), George Hamilton (as a mafioso), and Tony Curtis doing a Russian impression that would shame Chekov show up and disrupt the wedding night. Dom Deluise does a softshoe number to The Beatles "Honey Pie" on top of a piano. Keith Moon of The Who shows up playing a fashion designer and does a pirate impression. A bunch of Mr. Universes show up and flex. Freaking Alice Cooper sings the final song. If any of this sounds funny, it's really not. It's a black hole of comedy.
