it was not a bad thing if you look at it from an objective standpoint. simple equation: gus + jesse = meth production. walt was no longer required and due to the previous events (dealers murders, gale's murder, even unintentionally assisting hank with the investigation on gustavo fring) he needed to pay the price, which meant killing him and his family, especially hank who was so close to unveiling gus' business. however, from a moral standpoint, walt manipulated and endangered many to get to gus and once he did, he murdered him (plus others!) in an extremely violent and public method...so despite gus' corrupt reputation, this was certainly a very bad thing, but unfortunately the only viable option to protect himself and his family.

He watched his girlfriend choke to death because he didn’t know and didn’t trust her with her keeping the secret. What did you expect to happen have a junkie girl threaten him even when he gives Jesse his 400k that he didn’t earn? And he did not lie to him AlL tHe TiMe. Maybe a few times but not as much as he lied to Skylar. In fact it’s the exact opposite Jesse lied to Walt about him not meeting up with Gus. That’s among a bunch of Jesse’s lies. Yes he manipulated him into killing gus but if you think about it it was for the better. Gus’s chaos and threats were put to an end. It was an awful thing when he poisoned Brock so I agree there but like I said for the better. I’m not justifying it keep that in mind. Jesse deserved getting tortured and being forced to cook to teach him gratefulness. He didn’t tell him that he killed Jane with pride. He told him clearly in a sad but made sure it was in his face way because he snitched. Jesse pulled Walt right back into the criminal world when Walt was going straight. He stopped cooking. Jesse lied to him, almost screwed up Walt’s life with impunity, starts physical fights with him etc. But Jesse is a good guy in the end he redeemed himself. Walt put him in rehab, gave back his 5 mill which should’ve happened in the first place, killed those thugs risking his position as a chemist and cared for him. I could go on. So when you say Walt didn’t care about anything especially Jesse that tells me you haven’t watched the show or you’re biased with senseless hate for Walt.
