I’m surprised you guys didn’t do the other one from chainsaw man. Where Denji and Aki basically take turns kicking the katana guy in the nuts, repeatedly. Honestly, I think that one was worse because it’s not one person doing multiple kicks but two people kicking.

I wish you had included Vegeta getting kicked in the "Trunks", by Metal Cooler; in Return of Cooler. Largely because of the way Team Four Star played it up, in DBZ Abridged.

My favorite would be in YYH when Yusuke possessed the girl and used her body to beat up a few thugs and at the end stood one of them up kicked him in the nuts three times then slapped him face first int the concrete. The FUMOFFU one would be my number two.

It may not count as an anime, but there was a nutshot scene in 'The Boondocks' that was both hilarious and painful to watch. Not sure of the episode, but it involved a terrorist getting interrogated by getting kicked in the nuts over and over again. With the final blow coming from the interrogator putting on a proper metal boot before walking out of the room and down the straight hallway to get a running start before kicking the other guy in the nuts so hard that his voice changed octave mid speech.

Cooler Returns, Vegeta gets kicked in balls by Cooler. Team Four Star in their Abridged series made a joke about this and had Cooler continue to kick Vegeta there, but really, it happens once and doesn't look good.
