Singapore and Qatar go back and forth duking it out for world's best airline. Can't go wrong with either one and I myself and super thrilled to be flying in Qatar Airways Qsuites next year on a 14 hour flight.

I like the mentioning of 'complimentary' food and drinks. The tickets nowadays cost an arm and a leg, so we actually pay for it!

I don't know if you only base it on the Skytrax data, or if you combine it with other data. You include a company that is outside the top 20, Lufhansa, and you leave out IBERIA, which is in 14th place.

Actually as far as Air France is concerned, perhaps their first class meals are good, but in the economy the food is rather mediocre, which is a disappointment for people with high expectations for French cuisine.

Hard to believe that Qantas managed to make it onto this list. Their previous CEO, Irishman Allan Joyce, pretty much trashed this once iconic brand to the point where many (most?) Aussies won't touch it. The only way is up.

This is the most bogus and stupid list of airlines evaluation I have ever seen. I wonder who came up with this selection since to select the top 20 airlines in the world in 2024 and not include AIR FRANCE is ridiculous as well as ignorant. Whoever came up with that list knows NOTHING about great airlines. Air France is considered, year after year, one of the most refined and elegant airline in the world, featuring the best seats, the best meals (prepared by some of the best chefs on the planet) and the amenities that are second to none. The Air France "La Première" (First Class) is considered the best in the world. France is the country of luxury, fashion, elegance and good food, so their airline reflects that, quite naturally.

I mean imo, idk about first class since I wasn’t apart of sky team so I can’t exchange miles for it, but I did get their business class and it was… ok? Ig, like it was ok, service wise it was good, I’ve seen better, but I’ve also seen a lot worse 😅, but I haven’t traveled with them after one time since I don’t go to Europe with European airlines anymore. But again now a days first classes are starting to become irrelevant and more airlines are getting rid of them for normal business class, so AF keeping them is on the more unique side
