I would have included Belos and the Core from Amphibia. The reason why not Andreas is because he does have a redemption arc. The Core however was pure evil all the way.

Honestly there were a few I thought of that could have been included on this list lol. Discord from MLP (Even though he does become reformed he's still on the same level of chaos as Bill. ) Magica Despell from Ducktales and since were doing 80s I still say that the Dark King from Rainbow Brite still left a impact on me to this day. To see what he turned the entire world into at the beginning of that series still is shocking to me. I don't know if he counts but Brain from Pinky and the Brain. He literally tries to take over the world... every episode. XDDD

I feel like Toffee from Star vs the Forces of Evil deserves at least a mention, he was so well written and calculated and menacing and is the best villain of the show

I really hope Megatron from Transformers is on this. Whether it’d be the original G1, “Animated”, or even “Prime”, I’m fine with either of these.

I agree with maybe half this list. But seriously Mr Burns at 1. How ahout ones like Mumn Ra, Vegeta, Freiza, Dick Dastardly, Vilgax, Unicron, Dr Draken, Lotor and for the fun of it Doc Terror
