I totally loved the Powerpuff Girls as a kid. I grew up with watching the show. And, I totally think a lot of these villains had made themselves icons throughout the series like HIM, Mojo, the Rowdyruff Boys, Sedusa, Princess, the Gangreen Gang, Fuzzy and the Amoeba Boys. To me, those villains are one of the series' most iconic villains, along with being the girls most evil rivals, also being the shows most recognized baddies.

@@devinreis5811 i turn 28 next month on the 22 & its still my favorite cn show & always will be. my brother & i r twins & i got the whole series box set 4 our birthday last year! i shouldve bought it when it came out back in 2009. blossoms always been my favorite girl. she was my favorite character when i was little but now its professor. hes such a kick-ass dad & theyre damn lucky 2 have one like him. i cant wait 4 the reboot but i just hope craig gets somebody 2 play him & him just as awesome as tom kane. i didnt know he played him too when i was little & could never tell if him was a guy either cuz of his voice. it fucking sucks that tom had a stroke :( i hope hes gonna be ok. i know hes prolly never gonna voice act again but i hope he makes it & recovers. ive been praying 4 him & will again 2night. get well soon tom aka professor & him :(

HIM was always the most terrifying villain in the show for me as a kid. Even to this day, I still have his creepy voice ringing in my head, which shows just how iconic and impactful his character was. And as an adult, that opinion hasn’t changed one bit. Though, I will say that among the villains in the series, Mojo ranks number 2 on that list, especially when you watch The Powerpuff Girls Movie, and Mojo is able to manipulate the girls into taking over Townsville for him.

I met Mojo's voice actor Roger L. Jackson (Who's also known for providing the killer Ghostface's phone- voice in all the 'Scream' movies) at a convention last summer, and asked him in a Q & A how he came up with Mojo's voice. He said that Mojo's voice was originally meant to sound like "A demented Peter Lorre," but then they realized there was already a 90's cartoon character with that kind of voice: Ren Hoek from 'Ren and Stimpy.' So, the show creator Craig McCracken contacted Jackson and told him to instead go for a "Samurai" kind of voice. Jackson recalled some old samurai films he liked watching when he was younger, and said in his best imitation of those movies' characters' voices, "You mean- a like- a this?" Craig loved how it sounded, and it became Mojo's official voice.

How is Dick Hardly number 9? He's the only villain on the OG Powerpuff Girls show that got killed off permanently. I mean, you know you're a terrible villain when even the devil is portrayed in a more positive light than you.

Let's not forget the fact that Ace became the temporary bass player of Gorillaz in 2018, substituting Murdoc while the latter was in prison - and that was my favourite animation crossover ever! /Fun fact: Craig McCracken and Jamie Hewlett are good friends - and so are Murdoc and Ace, according to the Gorillaz Wiki./

After dealing with so much humiliation, they become destructive narcissists and Mojo's humiliation was being lonely is a good example. As a result, they will do anything to gain attention and love even if they take extreme measures to do so like world domination.

#9 Dick Hardly may not be iconic or memorable but he's definitely the most evil character on the list. Not a single redeeming quality and one of few characters to actually die on the show.

Yeah, Fuzzy Lumpkins is portrayed as a supporting villain. Yeah, he should be on the top spot for supporting villains due to his case of being over-territorial, willing to give many severe rage beatings.

Surprised Dick isn't in the top 5. He's the only villain who came close to actually *killing* the girls (and forcing Utonium to watch in helplessness as he did so, to boot).

I mean as a kid HIM was terrifying. As an adult though I kind of love them for the schemes, the fact that they are a decent early representation of queer culture, and those killer heeled boots they wear. SLAY, queen, just don’t slay people.
