I think all these are very beautiful names. The most beautiful and unique name I gave to an OC was Wanderinggrass. I would love to see it in the books too but I don't think the chances are high, especially since I read in french and you'll be shocked if you knew how they changed some names and not in a good way. They are either horrible for the character (Jayfeather becoming Jayeye) or destroy the thing making the name special/fitting the character (Lionblaze becoming Lionpelt).

@@user-rp9sh2xp6m Yeah, it seems the french translators has a problem with some names for some unknown reasons because some changes are really unjustified: Ravenpaw becoming Jetpaw for instance while others are understandable like Cloudpaw becoming Snowpaw because cloud is now the apprentices' suffix since they decide to translate foot and leg with paw and thus need something else for apprentices.

I fr love the names Mistmouse and Vixenleap tho- I also once had an oc named Cinnamontail and I was just so upset when I found out that was an actual name in the books 💀 I have also realized that I have gotten the descriptions of almost EVERY background character wrong- I literally never read the allegiances so I just think the characters look however my brain interprets them, and even when I find out the real descriptions I'll be like 'Nah. I don't give a shit.' ISTG WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT DUSTPELT WAS DARK BROWN AND NOT LIGHT BROWN I JUST- IDGAF I'M STILL GONNA IMAGINE HIM AS A LIGHT BROWN CAT-

I accidentally made a Nightwing oc named Shadowsight before reading the Warrior books- so whoops-

I believe it's fine. Here's some info if you don't know his character! Shadowsight is a black Tom born to Tigerstar and Dovewing in shadowclan along with his two siblings. He was known to have visions, those being one of the reasons he became a medicine cat apprentince. He was apprentinced to Puddleshine and occasionally Mothwing for a small time. Shadowsight gained his official medicine cat name after "healing." Bramblestar. Shadowsight gains his Suffix "Sight." From Spiresight, a distance friend who saved him while he was young. Shadowsight is also a cousin to Bristlefrost and a great-grandson of Firestar. (Edit) Felt fun, so I'll do more facts of other cats. Moonflower was a queen and a warrior under Doestars and Pinestars leadership. She is the mother of Snowkit(Snowfur.) and Bluekit(Bluestar.). Her mate is Stormtail. She was killed by Hawkheart, a Windclan medicine cat in battle. Moonflower was also born to Daisytoe and Rooktail, along with her brother Goosefeather, a Thunderclan medicine cat. Silverflame is an Orange and gray She-cat, mother of BrightFlower and Grandmother of Yellowkit/ Yellowfang, a warrior and medicine cat who served under Raggedstar (Her mate) Brokenstar (Her only surviving kit.) And Cedastars leadership. Rowankit/Rowanberry is a warrior, Nutwhisker a warrior, and Mintkit and Marigoldkit. Silverflame died of greencough and lived under Cedarstars reign.

Cinnamontail wasn't a clan born cat. She came from the Guardian Cats in Tigerheart's Shadow. Her birth name was Cinnamon. The cats have no idea what cinnamon is
