His advice is basically shop around for a doctor that gives you the answer you're looking for. No wonder personal injury lawyers are thought of as greedy scumbags.

Good luck finding an MD these days that will even 'diagnose,' the problem(s)... Let alone defend that, in court, against an insurance company. As for attorneys... aggressive trial lawyers are worth 30- 35%, because no insurer wants to "go to trial," against a jury... if an injured plaintiff HAS a fairly 'solid,' case? And they will get you at least that much more in 'settlement,' on average. I avoided BOTH for a year, but didn't 'recover...' and the thought of dealing with this much longer (after 1.5 years of chronic pain, etc.) is stressing... to say the least! Furthermore, I understand that most 'fair' settlement offers are made just prior to it "going, to trial." (So that's my 'plan' with a California car wreck, I was 100%... not responsible for. Wish I had someone like this guy in Northern Cali, or NW Oregon, as I'll need an FCE to counter their forthcoming IME, soon...)

Could you please address what a patient can do when (1)the Hospital and the follow up Doctor (not related to the Hospital but working in the same basic area) deny access to complete medical records and are tampering with the records. (2) The Hospital was told before registration that a certain Doctor should not treat the patient but the Hospital did; a double dose and massive harm occurred to the patient. In our case the first ER doctor left after giving a shot. The second Doctor (the one patient did not want) was called to treat the patient. The Hospital claimed that they could not find another Doctor.

I was walking trying to avoid a pothole itrip and fall I gave it to a lawyer with in amontillado they call to say as of that day I don’t have a case they don’t know the place where I fell and how I fell and I would hear from the lawyer it as been a week l don’t hear from the lawyer yet should I find another lawyer

Yeah, so you go back to the spine Doctor that you've been treating with and you know that if the other people were in colemas and died in the car, and you already had problems and you ended up in the windshield with 8 broken bonesyour back is probably a lot worse right period so I. Go to the Doctor and what do they charge $5000 for 15 minutes and then orders $10000 worth of test, so how much money do you have to get from the Insurance Company to start paying off those new treatment and Bills and what if it's more than just one part of the body what? If it's. Two or three deep trouble the person is in period cause there's no way you're gonna collect hundreds of thousands of dollars from the insurance company just to pay off these doctors
