This week Reza, my Iranian food guide, takes me on a street food tour in Dubai to find the Top 3 Iranian Jujeh Kebabs. In this food vlog we visit 3 of our top Iranian Restaurants in Dubai to sample each of their takes on this classic Persian dish.
Our first stop was Sofreh, in Jumeirah Lake Towers (JLT), Cluster X, Dubai. This is my all time favourite Iranian restaurant, this small husband and wife business is serving some of the highest quality persian food you will find. Their boneless Jujeh kebab is unmatched due to its succulent flavour and tenderness.
Next we visited Rivas Restaurant in Umm Suqeim (opposite Burj Al Arab) in The Mall. Rivas has been serving food to the Iranian community in Dubai for years and this is their first dine in location. Their bone in Jujeh kebab is incredibly tender, smokey and juicy and completely took me by surprise. Their entire menu is fantastic and I definitely recommend this to families looking for high quality persian cuisine.
Finally we visitied one of the oldest and most popular Iranian restaurants in Dubai, Al Ustad Special Kebab (aka Ustadi/Ostadi), in Al Hamriya. This restaurant has been visited by almost every celebrity and person of interest you can think of and for good reason. Their family recipes have remained consistent for years and continue to attract tourists from around the world.
