We just cook double amount when we know we're going away, one meal for home & one for van, yes Karen makes a mean quiche 👍

Great idea to freeze some of your home cooking. Pizzas looked amazing. We love a quiche with a nice salad in summer. Oooo brown sauce 👍🏻. All looks delicious Andrew 😃🍻 Trev

We just cook double amount when we know we're going away, one meal for home & one for van, Karen makes a mean quiche & we love my homemade Friday njght pizzas 👍

I meant to take photo of my veg Lasagne when cooked and on the plate, but it was in my stomach before I remembered I should have taken ohoto , I must admit it was very nice though 👍😁

I do like fajitas when we are away. I also liked the look of the salmon dish. Thanks for the ideas.

Salon and mediterranean vegetables looks delicious, we must try to cook more whilst in the van.

Hi Martin, It's certainly quick and easy, roast veg first, then lay salmon fillets on top of veg put back in oven until salmon is cooked👍😁

Thanks we love our Friday pizza night at home or away, yes the scone are gorgeous, trouble is they have to be eaten as well 👍😁

had my first jab on the 11th, almost total relief!, pity it was before we fell out! so no new caravan coming to us. spent a fortune on stuff. anyone wanting caravan/motorhome basics? PM me

Yes getting the jab is such a great relief, sorry to here about the fall out, hope you can sell off the extras you have bought 👍
