What are you wittering on about digital cameras for? I've changed taps, rads and pumps for years, never called any of the joints "union nuts" and never had any issues with any of the tools I currently own. These clueless dolts have invented problems that don't exist.

I agree, you can’t say something is a bad idea just because nobody has done it yet. Even if them gadgets were just marketed towards plumbers and licensed tradesmen instead of something off the shelf in a hardware store.

I remember when the moving pictures were being presented by some bloke who didn't think this would go anywhere. All he did was record trains and simple everyday things to "amaze" people. Called it a one time gimmick. But forward that to today... Movies, TV shows, theaters, and even streaming services are born from that one gimmick invention.

Digital cameras don't solve a problem. They are a step in innovation to capture things in the world. That's why it would make no sense for a store like Home Depot to sell SLR cameras

She wasn't the dragon that was always out,for some reason everyone jumped on the ' Jenny never invests ' bandwagon which just isn't true,a bunch of sheep just blindly following each other,there were dragons like Doug Richard, Rachel Elnore and THE WORST dragon ever ,Simon Woodrough who only made one offer and investment, yet people genuinely think Jenny never invested when actually she did.

Yet Feral Horses hasn't had any activity since 2019. Sounds like they dodged a bullet with that one. Those wantrepreneurs did not have the experience or the skill to execute it.

I still think what Deborah said about it rang true. Art is not like the kind of things backed by kickstarters or crowdfunders. Part of the investment value is rarity and having something unique, and it is so subjective and dependent on rich influencers.

Some of these pitches are really frustrating when the Dragons are out of touch with working class problems and then beat up the business owner because of their ignorance. If they just said, “I dont see the need, so I am out” or just criticize the business side, would be fine. But they make a point to ridicule and belittle the product idea because they, a millionaire, don’t need it.

These people look to me like they know the problems first hand, I would want to go over all these devices with another person from the same industry to see if there's something in it and if they could be manufactured cheaper

Have you ever been on a stage before? Stage lights like the kind theatres use, and the kind that TV and film crews use, get incredibly hot, it's like being in the hot sun in the middle of summer with 35°C temps. You get sweaty very quickly under lights like that, especially if you're wearing a suit like these guys are. The dragons have make up people who sort that out for them, wipe away the sweat and make them look cool and collected, but obviously from a TV crew's perspective, it obviously makes for better TV if the nervous entrepreneurs making their pitch look nervous and sweaty. So they don't have make up people constantly working on them like the dragons do. Or, they do, but they don't bother to wipe away the sweat. Just makes for better TV.

ofcourse its NFT's , that's obvious. It's sad they aren't clear about it, they just ride a trend based on classic arguments they'v heard and experienced while this technology develops and gets experiments with. They aren't wrong, but to test it in real life and face the facts of reality is a different story. factional ownership is indeed something very valuable not just for art
