Hi… very informative videos. I’ve currently got a subclass 309 visa application in. 15 months waiting so far and my application has been sent off to VACCU due to my criminal record. When I first completed the application, I only declared my convictions. However, seen it’s been submitted they’ve asked me to get a more in-depth police check, which actually showed police cautions from 20 years ago for being drunk. There’s about 2/3 of them. Would that be considered as incomplete information and potentially result in a refusal?

Hi I got a student visa refusal with no chance to appeal. Im off shore and wanted to study nursing but was previously in the ministry of justice for 10yrs. The grounds of refusal were that i showed no strong family ties. Should i re apply or should i change my line of study, which one would guarantee me a visa grant?

Hi I have a question about address history.. It say here “Give details of all residential addresses for all applicants for the past 10 years since turning 16 years of age.” I have been here in Qatar for the past 8 years for work but I did go home to Philippines for a month every year. Do I have to put in the history: -Philippines after turning 16 until the date I have I’m here in Qatar, -Qatar from the date of arrival until today?.

Hii traci .. big fan of your videos. Just have one question. We are a family of four. Husband wife and two kids age 7 and 4. Do you we need to take the OSHC together or we can take seperate oshc's on a student visa with a 2 year diploma course.. Im the primary applicant and my wife and kids are dependants. Hi Traci🥰 I haven't provided enough evidence documents for tourist visa and I just got refusal this 16th of aug.2023..when do think I should re-apply again? How many months did I wait for re-appllying again?..the tourist visa we can re lodge again..hoping you can read my comment...thank you!..

My best friend had applied tourist visa twice. Today is his 2nd attempt failed. Refused. He had provided his business ownership, bank statement& income. And a list of names, addresses that he gonna live with me, and list of places we wanna visit and no intension to overstay, still refused. What are we gonna do😭😭

I am taking a Norwegian Cruise January 11-January 27 2023. Someone said I needed an Australia tourist visa. I applied for one and paid $150.00 through paypal. A day later I found out there was an app on iphones to apply for this tourist visa for $20.00 and I actually did that for a friend I am traveling with. I tried to fill out their REFUND FORM and it says it was refused. How can I get my money back for get the $20.00 visa.

My partner just received her visitor visa, 1 year expiry, 6 months at a time, multiple entries. Only conditions are 8101 & 8201. Can she in theory leave twice and enter three times in that year and stay for 17 months in total?

Hi Traci, I haven't provided enough evidence documents for Tourist Visa and I just got refusal this month 07th April, when do think I should reapply again? Should I wait for 3months- 6months or I can reapply straight away after 1week? But at the same month, we have applied for Visa subclass 300 as well, should we wait for this visa or can we relodge again? Thanks

I feel like it is better if you wait for around 3months after the visa refusal, since most people who apply for another visa after being rejected, always fail again for the same reasons. That's simply terrible, and in the first half of the year, there would be a lot of refusal letters sent to those legitimate applicants, which is awful.

Reasons: 1. Incomplete or Incorrect information. 2. Failure to demonstrate that you are a genuine temporary entrant. 3.Failure to meet the health requirement.

Be careful visa overstayers. Remember that if you overstay your visa for longer than 28 days your future applications for an Australian visa will be subject to an exclusion period. You will be unable to obtain a visa for Australia for 3 years, even if you left Australia voluntarily.
