@@BobandBrad Hi, 5 years ago I held a 5months old baby to feed her, seeing the bottle she launched towards it. My reflex kicked in and I grabbed her before she fell. Immediately I heard and felt it, it was a crick sound and instant pain from the right side of my neck all the way down to my fingers. My whole arm was stiff for a few seconds then slowly relaxed. To date I can hardly sleep due to the pain. My whole arm hurts, in the from of my shoulder I sometimes feel a stabbing pain and the back of the shoulder is stiff and tingly and the muscles along my arm down to my fingers hurt. I have been to 4 doctors and the responses ranged from nothing is wrong to pinched nerves to rotator cuff. Exercise makes it worse and all the doctors prescribed are different types of pain killers which I usually throw away because they cause drowsiness and I need to work. Recently I did an x-ray and the report says: "no fracture or dislocation seen. The visualised bones and joints are remarkable." I live in Jamaica so you won't be able to examine me but could you make some recommendations please.

I am literally astounded. I’ve suffered with a rotator cuff injury for about 5 years, minor at first and quite nasty by early this year. I started your exercises about 4 weeks ago and am 90% better, I know I will make it to 100%. This has been life changing for me, I was even struggling to get dressed or lie down without pain. Thank you so much 🙏

As someone who's had more than one rotator cuff/shoulder injury, DO NOT DELAY. If you injure your shoulder, get it checked. I didn't and now they're super messed up and hurt all the time and I can't even get proper help for it because they healed weird. Just, it's better to go make sure rather than to look back and wish you did.

I found you guys a few years ago after I broke my collarbone and had surgery. TOO COOL!. So now after sensing this problem, after my orthopedic doc said I should go to my Physical Therapist, I had to see what you guys have first. (not quite as bad compared to recovering from collarbone surgery 😉) I'm going to do this for a few days before calling my therapist. Thanks! I'm know you have more about this so off I go to check them out, too.

Thanks guys, I came off my bike in April this year. The orthopaedic surgeon said the exercises I was doing was working OK. But 6 months down the track I'm still only 90% OK. I can't sleep on it. I think swimming helps. I was thinking of trying light trap pull downs. You've given me a good range of other things to try.

Brilliant video as always. This channel is literally the only physio information I trust on the whole internet. So far they've helped me massively with both Tennis Elbow and Rotator Cuff pain. My Rotator Cuff has given me pain on and off for years and has recently flared up again causing sharp pain during the tests at the beginning of the video, just following the video through once has eased my pain already so I'll be doing these exercises daily for a while. When doing the exercise at 05:31 I like to hold a dumbell in my hand also to help stretch my arm out.

I gotta say,you all helped me a ton over this last winter. I tore my rotator, and went to the doctors,he said I needed surgery, then I went to a specialist and she said no I don't need surgery, just relax and exercise and it'll be good. But she said be careful or you could seriously I just it. So I took most of the winter off with around here is about five months,I just recently like 3 weeks ago have been able to move around with no to very very little pain. Before it didn't matter how I was standing sitting or laying down I would get serious sharp pians all the way down my arm,I mean like every five seconds or it would just happen out of no where. My friend s didn't really understand the pain, but they figured it out when every 5 seconds I would almost take the lord's name in vain. But through a tough regimen of exercising it and sleeping differently,I was able to heal it,but thanks to you two it went even smoother than I expected. I can't afford a surgery,so just went the natural healing way. But with y'all's recommendations, wow, just wow! Thank you very much for being there for me,it's much much appreciated!!! Ps,I'm around 85/95% healed I believe,I can use a chainsaw again. By the way I'm a 51 yo man.
