On the White River here in Arkansas, we jig around rocks for sculpin with #8 hooks and a piece of worm. Then we use them for live bait to catch big brownies

Love ur videos man, been doing trout fishing for years and I still learn stuff! Gonna have to try the jig method, usually stick to spinners. I usually have to cast almost straight up river or just off at a sharp angle since I fish tiny creeks and streams in Michigan !

THe rod you recommend isn't available anymore the Okuma 7 ft 6 inch ultra light and yours was 4-10 lb line weight. all I can find is 2-6lb line. is the 4-10lb more important than rod length if I get the 2-6lb line can I still put on 20lb braided line like you recommend?

My man uses stronger line and leader for creek trout then we use here for salmon and steelys haha 12 lb main 8-10 leader 😂 we run 4-6 for little creek trout
