I also go over some tips to help you catch more fish with the Trout Magnet. The Trout Magnet is an amazing multi-species lure. It will catch just about anything that swims. Saw this video, decided to buy because it looked so easy. Hadn't been fishing since I was a little kid(some time ago). Finally went fishing with these lures - second cast I caught a fish. All-in-all within a hour or two I had caught 10 fish. Great video, very informative, great product! Thanks!

There is a much smaller Trout Mag I use on my fly rod on trout streams. It works great too. Trout go for large baits or small baits (flies) that a bass will ignore.

That was very enjoyable to watch. Nice vid. I’m in central PA and I actually gave up on the trout fishing, it got so bad. Canoe Lake up here holds trout, but darned if I can find them from the bank. Ready for football and cooler weather. 91 degrees today. Enough!! Ok, keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to new trout vids

I remember the first time i purchased a trout magnet kit. Set up.....tossed it in......big blue gill in a nano-second!! Tried again. Same exact thing! Instant hit! Very Effective lure!

I've done really good with the small white grubs from powerbait. Usually put a splitshot with a bit of line to the hook. I'll try the trout magnet with your setup

I've caught a ton of red eyes on the old TM. Also pan fish. I sometimes use a live meal worm instead of the plastic. Great setup for kids and newbies.

Slayers of the creeks and streams, ol rooster tail, trout magnet, Poppin fly and the rebel crayfish, they'll always be in my fishin box but I learned sum new from fish hawk with the jiggin trick with the trout magnet, usually I'll just use it with a float but that's unique. I always learn something from your videos and enjoy them keep fishing dude🎣

You guys make this whole fishing thing look easy... I've never fish but because of all of KZfaq's videos that I've seen I decided to get 2 rods and I guess an assortment of hooks and what not anyways I went to lake castaic and once there -_- I had no idea how to rig my rod so after an hour or so I got frustrated that I wasn't getting anything and packed my things and just went hiking

Great tip about the barrel swivel + split shot, will have to try that out asap. That's always been one of my problems fishing the TM, I can't seem to cast it as far as I like. I guess it doesn't help that I'm using a 5'6" ultralight and 2lb line. Other problem being I'm always getting the darn thing snagged underwater if I use it w/out the float. Still trying to work that out since we're supposed to keep the lure as close to the bottom of the river as possible but that's usually why it gets snagged so much.

I love Trout Magnets and Panfish Magnets. I have caught at least 7 different species of fish on them. My favorite color is the brown on the black panfish magnet jighead. I like that orange and yellow one you used there too. I call it the candy corn color. I have always fished them under a small bobber. Going to try them with the barrel swivel and small split shot weight. Fish on!

I like to use them for spring crappie fishing to myself as for trout fishing. I fish along Lake Ontario tributaries, Lake Erie and the Finger Lakes Trout are entirely too big they straighten the hooks right out or snap them in half. The jigs need to be a lot stronger for me

EARLY morning, and LAST light is always the best approach to most fishing. Also suttle, natural colors seem to be the best...think olive green and pale, unattractive colors to us.

Fish Hawk;Been watching your videos,Live in northeast GA and fish mostly trout in fast moving water to white water rapids and always have problems with line twisting causing bird netting line at reel,picked up one of your tips when you were fishing lake for trout of putting swivel on and using 2 foot leader to hook,found this lets bait twill in rapids instead of entire line.Something so simple can be easily overlooked.

FishHawk as a kid I used to fish the creeks for whatever would bite. "Catch as you can" type fishing. More fun than you can shake a stick at. We get so species specific that we forget that we can "Sore Lip Them All". GREAT VID KEEP IT UP. Tight lines to you.

Nice,I have those with me at all times pretty much. Last weekend I was using them on a baitcaster with a light shallow spool,on 4'6" UL rod. Wasn't casting really that far. In order to get them to go anywhere, I needed to get used to casting them with a specific technique. It's a bit of a challenge,but I did land some sunfish and crappies with it. It's way easier to throw around things 2 grams and heavier. I was glad I didn't need to use a spinning setup lol.

Waching that video makes me want to clean out my old pond and make me a fishing pond. I just realised I dreamed about me doing that. A nather dream predicted the fucher. Some times I dream of some thing and it actuly comes true.
