The screen protech for the gauge cluster and radio were one of my favorites. Hides all the annoying scratches from plastic gauge lens and reduces glare in the radio.

I added a cold air intake to my 2018 tacoma, and when I tried to install Spyker hood struts, found that there was only room to install the driver side strut. I found it to be weak at raising the hood unless I helped it out. A few months ago I contacted Stryker to ask if they made a heavy duty strut for my application. They do and it installed on the brackets used by the original strut. It was about a one minute install. The hood now raises with just a nudge, to its full height.

My driver's side mirror went all wobbly last week. I did a temp epoxy repair but now I need to find a new set of less wonky side mirrors.

Redline hood struts ….. one of my favorite mods as well as getting the factory bed mat! Might need to upgrade my mirrors now… my wallet thanks you 😂

Metal prop rods won't fail mid work. Struts can, and will fail at the worst time.

The T2Pam only works on the later 2nd Gens. It won't fit my 2006 .

I'm interested in adding a transmission cooler for my 2nd gen. Have you ever thought of doing one for improved towing in high temps and offroading in high temps?

I have a TRD Offroad Tacoma which comes with a transmission cooler, but there are write-ups for how to add one.

@@TacomaholicThanks for the reply! I have a 2013 TRD Sport that has the transmission cooler as well. I've towed a few time with camping gear and a 16 foot aluminum boat. I was suprised by the transmission temps I was seeing on my digital guages when going up grades. I put it in 4th so it doesn't hunt for gears going 60 mph. Saw temps climb fast and luckily was only at 220 degrees for a short while. I believe on my guages TRANS 2 is at the torque converter and TRANS 1 is at the transmission oil pan. The torque converter was at 220 while the pan was 180ish. Curious if you've seen temps like that? I purchased an OBD2 scan tool to monitor, OBD2 MX+.

Any thoughts on bed stiffeners? My 2011 was recently totalled and I picked up a 2015 TRD Pro two days ago. It has bed stiffeners already installed.

I'm running some Total Chaos bed stiffeners. In addition to providing support for the bedsides, they are great places to anchor things.
