Wow, way easier than I thought.... I don't know why I thought you had to disconnect the fuses to prevent a discharge 😂😂

Question for ya so I got a 2006 Toyota Tacoma sr5 while in this project I came to find I think it was 3 plugs that had no buttons to considering I have a sr5 and It was a hand-me-down I am not exactly sure what they are to. I was thinking maybe a diff lock button like I have seen come stock with others but I am not too sure. Can someone explain to me please?

Today I started my truck only to have it instantly stall, over and over again and the throttle body was making a whining noise and being held shut when the ignition was on. I tried this method and was blown away when it fixed my problem. I also had codes P0121, P0123 and P2135. Thanks!

Hello! Hello!! ... do you know anything about the crank manual windows on the Gen2 Taco? had to get an aftermarket driver window (2o11 single cab 4wd) after some vandal broke it... now EveryTime it is Hot and the Sun shines on that driver door the cranking mechanism creaks creaks when rolling window down. it Is obnoxiously Annoying! ... it does Not do this when its cooler out and in the shade. maybe it needs some specialty greasing of the tracks inside of there or i just do not know! thanks tacomaholic!

Greetings! Ugh that sucks. Sadly I don't have any experience with the manual crank windows. Did you replace with OEM parts?

Currently running 315 75 r17's on my Silverado 1500 but have always liked these given the good reviews they get. I hate a loud tire which is why i went KO2, as well as i've run them before and love them for my use. A couple of questions: How long did these last? Once they aged with mileage, did they get louder? Would you buy them again?
@Tacomaholic12 күн бұрын
Actually still running the same tires and plenty of tread at around 20k miles on them. Still very quiet for an aggressive MT tire too. The prices have jumped since I made this video but I'd definitely grab them again.

i wanna get your thoughts on the new 2024 tacoma. considering the price hike, lackluster powertrain options, and rumored transmission problems. in my opinion it looks great but those things have kind of turned me off to it and just makes me wanna keep my 2015 that much longer.

Trying to reset P0102 code on my 2013 RAV4 2.5 liter 4 banger. I read that I should remove the MAF sensor and let vehicle idle for 10 seconds (up to a minute or two). The computer reads no MAF sensor. Then reinstall and the code goes away. Is this correct? Do I have to remove the sensor or can I just disconnect it. If I remove the sensor should I cover the opening with something? (duct tape?) Before anyone asks I will state I already cleaned the sensor and tested in by using the live data function and comparing MAF readings at 1000 rpm and 2000 rpm. It read approximately 75 and 150 respectively. My understanding is that this indicates MAF is now operating correctly. Any input is welcome.

Another jack stand, # 56373 that was meant to replace the initial recalled 3 ton stands, was recalled in July 2020 due to a welding defect 😬 The information for the July 2020 recall doesn't seem to be as prevalent in google search results as the initial May 2020 recall.

Don't put any metal objects in your throttle body, use a plastic/pvc type tool and use microfiber towel or shop rags , do not use any type paper products that can introduce lint. Good video otherwise.

Dude - awesome video - i sued MAF cleaner instead of throttle body cleaner but same chemistry - chage out my spark plugs and cleaned the MAF sensor all at once - dropped my idle to 500 rpm and still have a slight shudder - not too sure why. Also thanks for spaecing out the freaking torque on those bolts - snapped one but new ones were 1.29 from stealership and didnt screw up the screw inserts phew. Keep on keeping on brother - youre doing gods work.
