(MK4 and P1S for print farm) For the Prusa MK4 I think it would be a great farm printer since its parts are easy to source and replace tho it isn't exactly what it used to be and it isn't fully open source anymore. Prusa also is currently moving away from 3D printing and towards injection molding tho Im not 100% sure. Considering the cost of the Prusa MK4 to be ~ $1000 USD the bambu lab P1S would be a better option since it has an enclosure allowing it to print materials that warp easily such as ABS, PA, and it price is ~ $950 USD (with a panda touch it would suffice for a small print farm). P1S is still generally made for hobbyist-professionals but at the Price : Performance it's probably the best. One thing I'm not sure about in print farm is if there is local heating to print certain materials. (A1 mini vs A1 for personal use) I could see the A1 mini as a possible printer for a print farm if you are mostly printing PLA or other low glass transition temp plastics (correct me if there are some plastics that wont warp with high glass transition temps), but otherwise I would recommend the bigger A1 to beginners since you never know when you would want that extra bed space for a bigger project. (Ankermake M5C and Bambu Lab A1 for personal use) The Ankermake M5C ($400) is a pretty good printer from what I've heard tho it just came out at a bad time. Personally I think the hype for the M5C would have been huge if Bambu Lab didn't enter and totally dominate the 3D printing community with their X1C but as of right now I would go with Bambu Lab A1 ($560 with AMS lite bias) and also the AMS lite allows the printer to print in multicolor tho that isn't super useful for print farms. (budget hobbyist printers) As for the "Innovated enders" the Elegoo neptune 4 ($230) and Creality Ender 3 V3 SE they are both pretty capable but I think the Neptune 4 is a bit better since it has klipper, the Ender 3 V3 SE ($200) does not have klipper but the KE version does, still klipper can be added with Creailty's sonic pad. Another budget printer I would recommend is the Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo ($200) which is really similar in specs to the Ender 3 V3 SE but has a edge on input shaping.

A cheap 3D printer would not have a starting price at $899, no questions thats a good printer but to label them as beginner/cheap ? Most beginners into 3D printing look for cheap and easy to use, the very idea of being a beginner is someone who does not want to spend a lot of money into a hobby they might not like. You don't start a hobby with a 900 USD first purchase thats rich people territory, when there are cheap beginner friendly printers in the 200 USD range
