Yes, when I saw Stallone's hand in the video icon, I suspected his hand control would suffer vs. Brzenk. I think a rematch is in the works.

I can see a reason of you saying that. Ongarbaev definitely has his game. Probably better pronation and back pressure and definitely could fit in the the top 5 but .... for me Oleg does really well with controlling the opponents hand while in the same time manages to rotate his hand. Extemely strong wrist and fingers. Reminds me of John in some aspects. Also there're a couple of matches I've seen him pronating from a supinated position and I find that really impressive. Although, I agree that the fifth place could be open for a debate. There're so many guys that are extremely impressive.

Why Prudnick has a better hands controll of Ermes gasparini?

Prudnik can pronate from a deep hook and can armwrestle with every part of his rotation. Ermes has probably better toproll but he isn't as good in controlling the opponent's wrist in a hook.

You could be very much right, but this particular top 5 list isn't about the strongest armwrestlers but more so for the most technical with controlling their opponent's hand and wrist. Look at it like "top armwrestlers that have mastered the craft of the art called armwrestling".

@@ArmwrestlingLokomotiv96 The title of this video is not who as the best hook but better hand controll,i think in top roll controll Ermes in this list is number 1,in a hook controll Ermes should not even considering, and i think Prudnik and zoloev has a better hook then John

You still are controlling the wrist of the opponent, even when you're hooking. This is why the technical mastery comes when you have all the tools of the arsenal available. As stated in the description the list is a personal opinion and of course there could be many different kinds of selections on the matter.

To see what the performance enhancing 🥞 did to these guys bodies is unreal. Some of them have doubled in size.

The earlier they start the bigger they end up. Dennis and Levan being the best examples. I think if Devan started a high dose protocol at 16 he would’ve been the undisputed greatest of all time.

@@Fabio-zd6oi nope if Devon started abusing them HEAVILY he would be dead or retire lol. Look what happen to the biggest abusers, alexey voevoda retire early became vegan and got weak, arsen dissappear probably got banned or force to stop abusing drugs and lifting so heavy. Denis almost died and eventually it will happen to most super heavyweights that abuse it especially levan, ermes and Gennadi. NOTHING TO DO WITH AGE BUT DOSAGES AND CYCLES AND SOME OF YHESE GUYS ARE BLASTING THAT CRAP FIR YEARS AND HARD. Trust me all these athletes have elite genetics and nothing to do with hyper respondents to drugs. That’s laughable. Just know that the ones Dothan didn’t abuse that crap are still going hard and comprise an elite level if not better than before. ZOLOEV, hutchings, Devon, engin, Dave Chaffee, etc and especially the GOAT bryzenk are still doing well. Also know that some of these “super” heavies were naturally middle wieghts and rarely heavyweights lol. Levan and Denis were competing or under 95kg as young adults. Don’t believe, no problem, look at thier younger photos or when levan and Denis were in the army. Atleast I know of levan serving in the Georgian army. Ermes was what, 90kg or so.

Devon was very versatile and technical between 2008-2012 in his golden period, but after his injury he is unable to be as efficient as he used to.

@@biswasronit I don't smoke anything brother... cannot say the same about you idol, though. Probably in your mind Devon is number one in every possible divison - lightweights, mid, heavy and superheavy's. Probably even the best in boxing. This video is something different and displays my own personal beliefs. You're not obliged to agree with anything that was presented.
