Nekroz would be the hardest matchup for tear by far if only because it has the easiest time playing around havnis going 1st. Even then it's probably 70/30 in favor of tearlaments.

In fact, Tearlaments dominates all the ocg no banlist formats where every card is legal. It beats all the ftks and everything on the list.

@@ATADSP It's not top tier 0 decks, it's top strongest decks. Dragon Rulers look like they've aged well with power creep as well. (See how the strongest spellbook has been unbanned but none of the Dragon Rulers or Baby Rulers have been unbanned) You would expect to see them here but the decks they showed were also really strong

They did not got banned fast. The babies got hit relatively early, but dragon ruler continued as the dominant deck for quite a while, with resurgence with the lights worn support in 2014. In fact the Rulers weren’t banned until 2015, two months shy of a two year anniversary

Tear is unironically more fun than any of those decks. Its the most fun tier 0 format so far(not hard to accomplish tho), there are a lot of people actually enjoying it
