The gxs are amazing! Im trying to get my 3rd pair so im stocked up on gxs for a while. The newbalance v4 tekela was my first time getting away from nike and adidas your review on it convinced me and I was blown away! Amazing boots this year for wide footed players.

I own an asics ds light x-fly 5. Agree with everything noah have said. The only problem for me with the boots is the durability.

Hey Noah great in depth video (as always). I'm thinking about the Phantom GX. Because I play on both natural as artificial grass and can't buy two pair, would you suggest going for the FG or AG in terms of durability and comfort?

Got a pair of those New Balance Tekela v4 Pro Low, second only to the hypervenom phantom 3 mid cut, if you play barefoot a lot, nothing is better at simulating that than the Tekelas, soleplate keeps you connected to the ground too.

I recently tried the Tiempo 10 Pro and it was returned after 1 single session. Fit was okay but the sole started coming away after 1 training session. My Pred Accuracy are still going strong since release.

Lol i sent 2 Tiempo 10s and one 9 in total due to same reason. One of them elite, other pros and all FG. 0/10 durability.

I just discovered your channel and subscribed. The effort you put into your videos is great. I want to ask a question. Which one is the wide feet? I can't decide, phantom gx or Tiempo 10 or vapor 15. I bought adidas copa 2.1. They seem comfortable when I wear them, but they somehow numb my feet during the match. I'm almost losing feeling in my whole foot. I want to sell them and buy something else.

Hey noah, great video mate. I had 2 questions and i wanted your opinions on it. Currently, i am playing with my f50 adizero 2014 shoes, amazing and i love it. But its starting to tear off and i am afraid that i will have to buy a new pair of shoes. Could you suggest me a shoe that has all the attributes of f50 adizero. I saw the x crazy fast but the upperknit is too thin and im afraid that in a moment where i am forced to use the toes or the most front part of foot, i might not excute the pass correctly. mmm Maybe the Tekela? The GX feels about as thick from the upper standpoint, but they're quite different. The high cut Tekela is basically a Magista. I say it iN THE VIDEO 😂

Hey Noah, appreciate your detailed content man. Hope you could help me decide on a boot for the coming season. My phantom VSNs recently separated at the soleplate but I loved them. I have here the phantom GX but they feel long and narrow at the toes. You mentioned that after breaking them in this feeling kind of goes away, but I'm wondering how. Could you elaborate?

As the shoes broke in, the toebox felt less cramped over time. If you're struggling with those, I'd recommend the NB Tekela Low!

Hello everyone this might not related to the video but I just want to ask if I should go a half size down on Tiempo legend 8? I usually wear 9.5 on different boot and I have a wide feet as well. On 9.5 my toe has a little bit of breathing space, but one time I tried size 9 on the gx and my toe fit right up to the top of the boot with no breathing space. My heel and mid foot are fine so I don’t know should I go for half size down or keep the 9.5 on Tiempo 8? Thank you for reading.

I got some Adidas Predator Accuracy .1s at the end of 2023, they were a solid option for someone who had switched back from Adidas Speedportals after loving eariler predator models years ago. But the rear stud literally snapped in half and tore themselves away from the rest of the boots just over 2 months after getting them leaving me quite disappointed

Me personally I tried the predstrike on in store and they were wayyyy too stiff. Like I genuinely couldn’t bend it when I stepped. The gx 2 is my favourite boot that I tried on, but the think that puts me off is the fg soleplate

I wore the Nike Tiempo Legend 9 Elite FG Made in Italy this season. Fantastic boot. Just need to change the insert which I found to be a bit slippery. Great video man! All the best.

Unless you want to pay $400+ for the DNA and IF you can find them, I wouldn't recommend it. I'd go for the New Balance 442 or the Morelia 2 MIJ

Tried the ASICS limited blue edition, worked well for me for about a month or two. After, had sprained both my ankle during college season. Although it’s comfortable and really light, wouldn’t recommend using it on turf field.

Fair enough mate! Please take this as it's meant to: I don't think boots created the ankle issue if you fit in them well. I found that AG pitches are really rough on ankles and knees, especially if you're predisposed to having weak joints. My recommendation would be to get on a proper pre-hab and post-hab routine to help strengthen those ankles so you can comfortably wear whatever you want on AG!

I love Adler boots and I think they are def some of the best out there outside of Mizuno and Acics, but I don't think any of their models were released this year, so technically should not be on this list.
