i've been using that doorway pulup bar for around 6-7 months and me ek cheez kahuga agar uske sath jo caps milti hai drill krne ke liye usko use karoge to vo bar bohot sturdy feel hota hai aur bohot weight jhel sakta hai! around 80 kgs to mera hi utha leta hai vo and us se zyada bhi aaram se utha lega
