@@itsjustlockwood3966 it was more just situational questions like “describe a time you worked as a team to benefit another person” things like that but there was barely anything like “why should we hire you” there was also questions like “how would you tell the difference between someone who wants to be helped and someone who doesn’t” “what would the ideal shopfloor look like” then there was just the basic “tell me about yourself” idk that’s what they asked me it may be different at other shops

Hi i have a interview coming on Friday what questions did they ask you and what role was the interview for? Ive applied to a customer advisor order picker i think its a new role

@@Meena7854 I didn't end up getting the job but hopefully I can still help! The role was customer advisor, and the interview was over the phone. The first thing I was asked was why I'm interested in working for Boots specifically and then about my previous experience (which I have very little of). I was also asked a lot of questions like 'tell me about a time when you built a relationship with someone new' and 'tell me about a time when you had to change your strategy in dealing with something.' I'll be honest, the interview was really short so I wasn't actually asked that many questions and the whole thing felt really laid back, but that might be different in different places and for different roles. @Dabble unfortunately I wasn’t able to have the interview because we went back into a huge lockdown!! If I have the interview in a few weeks I’ll let you know!
