Kind of seems like they had Pauper in mind when they printed this set. If that's the case, that's great news! I say this because some other cards that didn't make the honourable mentions list are still interesting. Network Terminal could find its way in a Tron deck, perhaps. Ninja's Kunai could be decent in decks that are packed with creatures in colours without much flexible removal (e.g. Elves), maybe in the sideboard. Ecologist's Terrarium seems like it could be a decent 2-mana artifact that replaces itself, except you tutor a land instead of drawing a card. Imperial Oath is a lot of value in one card. Maybe these all suck, but I still think this set has way more Pauper "maybes" than I've seen in previous sets.

I really agree with your list except maybe for spot number 4. To me moonsnare prototype is an honorable mention at least, and I think the 4th place deserve to Network Disrupter, meanwhile the 5th is for all 3 ninjas in honorable mentions. The way ninjutsu ability plays is busted if you know deeply the ruling, from double ninja to avoid removals in combat, to multiple ninjutsu activation with a single ninja in your hand to bounce more than one of your etb creature in a single combat, to the simplest first strike/double strike interaction and the end combat ninjutsu after danger calculation, that’s why I would swap places. Good list and good content as always though! By the way, they printed a Cancer with Channel that can counter ability, that seems very peculiar and new too. This new set brought us so many new and nice things that’s difficult to choose from! Last but not list, the 1th place ninja could be very cool also with card like smoke shroud (since it’s looting ability) in funny mono blu, dimir, simic or even sultai jank ninja tribal brews lol

Maybe Voltage Surge as an honourable mention? It's no Galv Blast but it seems potentially playable in small numbers in Affinity and maybe some other artifact shells. The fact that it kills Ninja without you having to sac anything seems helpful, and then the upside of an instant speed Flame Slash when you actively want to sacrifice your artifacts seems pretty great.

the only thing i dislike about hacker is that it s another 1 thoughness guy. i can already see the blowouts (suffocationg fumes, etc...) that said, i think it will see a lot of play nevertheless. very good card

I had just built a mono blue fae deck but moon circuit hacker has me soooo hyped. I'm going to test running him over delver of secrets to run 8 ninjas. The difference between turn 2 ninja and turn 2 ninja + cantrip is huge

Experimental Synthesizer should be awesome with Glint Hawk - top 5 for me easily! Okiba Reckoner Raid should be a staple in that black "burn" deck. It deals 2 damage for 1 mana and then provides a slightly evasive rogue to enable Prowl on Morsel Theft. Exactly what the deck wants. Another easy top 5 for me. (And by the way: Clawing Torment could be a nice sideboard card for the same deck.) Network Disruptor ist nice but I think the other Flying Men in the format have higher benefits, I think. Moonsnare Protoype is good but will never be a four-of, I think. I really wonder when they have printed enough Trinket Mage targets to make it playable again, though... Spirited Companion is clearly the best card in my opinion. Such a good card for the white decks! Being an enchantment even means Auramancer can get it back! Do we really need Deadly Dispute number 5-8? I'm not sure, but I'll agree it could be a split or even number 5-6. But again, Reckoner's Bargain will not be a 4-of and thus to be ranked lower in my opinion. Moon-Circuit Hacker is indeed good, but not as good a the doggo since blue already has Deep-Hours. The improvement is not as insane as the doggo. I rank it number 2. Oh and I wonder if Tamiyo's Safekeeping is good enough to see play in a deck that really wants to protect a key piece against all odds.

I also think you should add You Are Already Dead with Cuombajj Witches it is realy good and on the other note Mirrorshell Crab's chanel abilty is uncounterable.

The one card I think you didn't mention that I think should have at least been an honorable mention was Tamiyo's Safekeeping. I feel like it might push stompy green decks a bit, giving better protection out of the sideboard against removal. The other card I'm most looking forward to that you didn't mention is Mirrorshell Crab. Why? Because I have a UR deck built around Erratic Explosion (using Brainstorms, Halimar's Depths, and Augury Owls to fix the top deck) and getting huge damage out of Striped Riverwinders and Wretched Gryffs. Is this a good deck even with the Crabb Boi? No. Not at all.

Network Disruptor could also potentially screw up the opponent's mana and let other cards not be countered later in the turn. Reckoner's Bargain is IN GENEREAL worse than Deadly Dispute but of course there are moments where it's definitely better.

So many possibilities with Spirited Companion for those who like to play White decks. ❤️

I was thinking of using Spirited Companion and Moon-Circuit Hacker in a deck with Brine Giant, actually. Really makes Affinity Enchantments a bit more viable.

So I could see a BR affinity build that replaces terrarions with experimental synthesizer and run reckoner's bargain, affinity had few to no cards they don't want to play so it could be much closer to a second wellspring in that deck. So I did some untap testing with the new ninja, the mana efficiency is great but it has a few issues. It's a weaker turn 2 play since it doesn't apply pressure- The opponent being able to trade with a faerie or just block with an augur is a relevant downside. It's an efficient tempo card but lacks the grindy value that ninja of the deep hours provides. So I wouldn't say one is better than the other but I don't think it will break faeries. The way I see it is that Ninja of the deep hours is better turn 2 and after you have 5+ lands. Hacker is better when you're limited on mana 3- 4 lands.

I think there might be some viability to simic fae with the snake, as modifying the faeries seers and faerie miscreants instantly bumps them to the mulldrifter weight bracket. Also coiling oracle has one hell of an etb.

Boo! So sad my favorite common didn't even make the honorable mentions. Greater Tanuki has Colossal Dreadmaw stats with a built in ramp spell. I'm curtainly cutting my Tangle Golems for them at the very least as I continue to try to make Mono Green Stompy work in the format.
