Fantastic tips and video, thank you! I’ve decoupaged once on a few smooth garden rocks and they still look great. I’m not sure why I haven’t done anything else but after watching your awesome tips I will definitely try other items. I was not aware that using the links helped support these videos and will make sure to use them, thanks for making me aware.

one thing I have found with the flat canvas, its good when they do separate like that, after I decorate/paint/decoupage, I cut the canvas off the cardboard backing, then seal it, then you can actually use it like fabric and make really cool totes and such, just a happy accident I came across while painting.

Thank you! I've seen a bunch of really pretty decopage projects on the internet before and wanted to try it out for myself, but decopage paper from the craft store is so unreasonably expensive! So I decided to just grab some pretty napkins, figuring it would work just fine, but I really struggled getting it to look right. This video helped so much, thanks!

Thank you for your informative video. I just finished my very first project using decoupage on some dresser drawers and they came out gorgeous! What I didn't expect were the incredibly heavy fumes from the glue! OMGosh we had to open windows and it was horrible so I am definitely in search of a new glue that will not curl the ends of my hair and have me twirling lights at a rave concert! lol! Thanks again!
