considering taekwondo relies heavily on kicks, I would strongly advise to do tackle this lower body lift. Imagine the power these exercises will compliment with the unbelievable accurate and lightning quick kicks in the art itself. Devastating results

This is in general very good for the knees and overal musculature in the legs. Do it especially on recovery days. Or as a warm up

But you didn't show how actually this makes you kick higher. Perhaps you kick only to the chest. We cannot be sure if this works or if it's a waste of time. Please show the results.

How but I tell you that my media team put the WRONG title it was supposed to be harder NOT higher.. so you don’t have to take my word for it but why don’t you try it and see one thing I’ll say is nothing I do is a waste of time I’ve been at this for too long!

Exercise first and last is ok. The rest is complete bullshit. We never did this in tkd or mt to kick better and faster.

Bullshit huh?? Hmm so actual hip, trunk, and leg strength doesn’t make you kick harder or increase power. I guess physics, biomechanics, and actual common sense doesn’t apply here. If you stayed to listen to entire video this is supposed to be complementary to your actual kicking drills and techniques. But hey I know nothing 🤷🏼‍♂️

@@PhilDaruStrong You know good stuff about MMA Cardio and Muscle gains. But nothing about fast & strong imput Kicks. To hold your leg in the air, for real stability power. And speed >fast relax >speed movement with 400-800gramm or bands, increace your skill more, as this bullshit duration weight lift movement. If you train a complete beginner maybe he get better results as befor. But if you train a high lvl guy like izzy with this bullshit, he will get weaker
