You missed sharing 'Ravi Raj di Kulfi,' Also in Gaffar Market 'Lassi Wala'. Then Om Bhature wala, then Ganesh Fish Fry, then Tikki and namkeen laddoo of Standard sweets, then Sardarji Dahi bhalle wale in Gaffar Market (Karolbagh is Eateries Heaven).

I really appreciate ke aapne chole kulche aur alu tikkiyon ko bhi cover kiya....Aam taur pe har koi chole bhaturon ki hi tareef karta hai but Delhi ke chole kulchon ka bhi koi jawaab nahi....wo matar waale chole aap sau baar ghar mein banaa lo par wo taste kabhi nahi aa sakta....please also cover bread pakoras with paneer filling....sitting outside India and remembering old times thanks to Singh saab....
