Good luck. I ordered the HyperX Solocast from BestBuy. It was supposed to be here yesterday, then was delayed to today, now it's delayed til next Friday. DO NOT order the Solocast using the link in the description. Third party sellers on Amazon are trying to sell it for $130+

I thought the HyperX solo cast sounded better than the Razer mini, but the Razer did a better job filtering out the keyboard noise. Can't tell if it was because the HyperX was louder or actually clearer.

My favorite part about the Seiren Mini is (beside the audio quality) is the sleek design. I have a very minimalist setup, so i think it would look pretty cool on my desk.

I'm going to assume that Frank misspoke when he said he has a naturally deep voice. The dark setting on the Shure mic sounds better for Frank's voices because he doesn't have a deep voice to begin with.

Keep in mind that a pop filter on the other ones will also really improve sound quality so if you think that some of these don't sound great that could be why

Honestly man, I love that you simulate a keyboard behind the mic. Currently I'm having an issue where my mic will pick up my keyboard a lot so I've had to add filters to try and block out most of it using a noise gate but of course it'll still pick up the sound whilst I'm speaking. Working on ways to minimise it until I get my new mic

You consider going for a custom keyboards? I spent 60$ on switches and lube put those in a 40$ keyboard and now I have the quietest keyboard known to man. I bet you can’t hear any key strokes even when your ear is pressed up to the keyboard. While using the hyper x solo cast on a boom I have completely eliminated keyboard noise or vibration without any filters or software on the mic…. Just a thought cheers pal!

@@pandahz79 That's my current plan! I'm also just a bit of a snob when it comes to upgrading anything. Like if I'm going to upgrade, I may as well go all-out. I plan on building a custom Glorious keyboard as I've heard some of their switches and loved them (silent ofc :D)

Btw, that Sennheiser headset has the same overall design as the Game One headset, which is the one i have, it's basically just a different color scheme... You can actually make it sound almost identical to a studio mic by tweaking the gain and volume a bit in the sounds settings in Windows.. AND on top of that, if you make sure that the mic is UNDERNEATH the mouth, like in front of the edge of your chin, instead of directly in front of the mouth, you eliminate the blowy noises, and also improve the audio quality significantly because you have a healthy distance between the mic and the mouth so that the audio doesn't peak. It shouldn't sound like a headset mic, at all, it should sound like a reasonably cheap studio mic. :)
