You can't spell legendary without leg day! I saw that phrase at my gym a while back and it is so true. When I finally embraced legs as an essential part of my workout, I began to see the residual benefits for the rest of my body. Great channel man, love all the content!

I'm a new subscriber! Awesome content ! I have started the gallon water and the skin routine. The workouts are very helpful as well. I came across you through the beard dye.. I have a gray beard with black hair.. I am 49 though not 39 so all of this info on diet and exercise is priceless. Thank you.

This is point for point the same things I learned that changed my physique. I'm 37, in the best shape of my life and continuing to evolve. Although, I'd add alcohol to the list of things to be aware of. I went from having 2-3 drinks (hard liquor) per week, to 2-3 per month and immediately started cutting fat off my body. I also noticed that I was reaching for a drink most often when I hadn't had enough calories.

My brother swam for a div1 championship school and said when they were cutting they added increasingly longer sprint sets between lifting sets for maximum benefit. It wipes you out but they found it kept their metabolism burning significantly longer than the standard lift then run workout. Might be worth checking out.

How do you combine/stack your cardio/weight training workouts? I've always been under the impression you need to get a good protein shake or meal right after lifting to maximize gains. Do you do cardio before/after weights daily? Or on a different day? I have a hard time doing it before because then I'm drenched in sweat and soaking all the weight equipment. Then I feel like if I do it after I'm not refueling quick enough to capture muscle gains. As a guy in my late 30s still trying to look good your channel has been great!

dude it happen to me as well, and the worst part is that I know the correct diet, exercise amount of weight the proper movements because I'm a doctor --- but still fall for the easy fast food and soft drinks

My mistake was taking that burst of energy, starting to workout, and at the same time change my diet. What I found out was my body was exhausted after the 1st week no matter what I lifted or ate. Then I would lose interest. So this time I changed my diet 1st using a juicer, started light exercises, and now have more energy to move forward. I think my body really needs to reboost with those missing vitamins before I jump into actual workouts.

Good Advice man! Definitely diet and exercise is important to losing weight. I remember I changed my diet to whole wheat bread and brown rice and stopped eating fast food. I started to get amazing results and I lost my first 45 pounds last year in 5 months just by running and changing my diet. Keep in mind that I ran everyday and I was 190 pounds and I lost 45 pounds by going crazy with running and push ups. I was never skinny and I was always fat my entire life so diet becomes a lifestyle if you want to lose weight.

KNOWLEDGE and money well spent is the key to many things in life and definitively getting a Greek physique is one of them!
