I have what the doctor called "tired leg syndrome". It's not my hips but my lower thighs and legs that don't work. I can walk fine (other than what the heart meds do to get me dizzy) I got it while working around 2007-08. It's a struggle to go down stairs, and even harder to go up (forget that!). If I want to garden, or have to get to the floor to get something, I have to find a way to struggle to get back up. At (almost) 72 I still enjoy going out and doing but can't! I do hope you read AND respond to your comments here! I'm hoping these will help. I have tried pretty much everything... I have a stationary bike I work on (sometimes)... but when I get off that, my legs don't want to work. Please give Bob my best wishes. and to you. Thank you!

I wonder if I have it. My condition doesn't sound exactly the same. I have a hard time going down the stairs. I feel like I am going to fall. When I go up one flight of stairs it feels like I have just went up 50 flights. I have pain in my hips, back, buttock area. My mom says she can hardly walk... So I wonder if she has it.

@@BobandBrad I’ve had a hip replacement this year, so my legs are weak from not moving too much before the surgery, and I’m also carrying a significant amount of extra weight, which makes doing anything involving my legs always trying. I’m a glutton for punishment though. I’ve just picked up a job that requires me to step up 20 stairs to get to the floor my desk is located on..😰😁

This is great! Several of these are what my physical therapist in person gave me to work on (had back surgery recently after years of what was finally discovered to be a nerve issue). My hips are sooooo weak from having avoided putting equal weight on that leg for so long. I'm glad to have these! You gave us even more than what I've learned in my in-person P.T. and I'm nearing the end of those sessions. Thanks!

@@BobandBrad Thanks.. I am able to do the squat on chair (w/o support of the arms) on 3 sets 15 reps each.. But when I tried the lunges - which I used to do, before my injury - I had difficulty lifting myself without arm support. Am also having a hard time with the dips - some pain in my left (affected) butt.. Should I discontinue the dips? or will the pain go away as I progress?

There is heavy bo mbing and 1000 children have been k illed. I don't care about politics or political views but I know this must stop.
