Hi, can Joining date of Genpact can be pushed? If it can be pushed then when, at the time of accepting the offer letter or few days before onboarding by calling or mailing to hr? Also how many days max it can be pushed , if u have any idea? Plz reply. Thanks.

Hi it depends on the business requirement, I would suggest let them issue the offer first and then talk to the HR related to joining date, if you do it before they issue the offer latter, chances are they might put you on hold and hire someone else.
