I don’t know why they don’t drop from machines in to vessels to move to the next work station or use a magnet to pick up and drop, it would be a lot more time efficient, safe and productive. I just wish they would use PPE and stop putting children in dangerous situations. The skill of some of these workers is amazing.

I saw more than one spot before the threads that a simple metal gutter allowing the bolt to slide 4 feet would eliminate a lot of work. A rolling cart at one spot with a bucket but I guess if labor is cheper than a bucket go head.

the amount of people who watch these videos and complain or make bad comments is stunning. its not a 1st world country. they earn very little. they do what they can with what they have. when you live in a place that has no safety rules, equipment etc. you still work to provide. of course those in better off countries will work in better conditions. but lets see you try to live there and do that work. they are not the best makers nor the safest but they do good with the tools they have. so i can appreciate the videos. and the work they can do. others should also instead of complaining or leaving bad remarks.

У нас скоро на заводах не будет людей,всё заменят роботы,а в Индии не то что роботов,там ещё заводов пока нет.Про безопасность труда вообще молчу.Там наверное учитывай большое население каждый день несчастные случаи происходят,крутят руками возле больших крутящихся машин и механизмов.

Shipping and tax rates are already incredibly cheap in China. Do you mean these may be for export to China specifically, but fraudulently presented as being made in China to avoid taxation for imports? When a company is committing fraud on the origin of their products, why would they be trusted on the quality? These fireworks are probably not a good idea, if they lie about the country they were produced in, they will lie about everything else as well. @@user-rc9ft4op1f

Mass Production is factory lines, 3 shifts, hundreds or even thousands of workers, production numbers in the 100's, 1000's, or 10,000's of items per day, (or even 1 or 2 per day, week, or month as in planes, luxury cars, pass passenger jets..) A factory making jumbo jets would have 10's thousands of workers spread across the globe making parts for an aircraft. The factory floor would have an assembly line containing 4 or 6 jets all in various stages of being built. These factories affect the economy of entire towns, cities, or even regions of a country.

#1, the wasted man-hours just unpiling the piles is crazy to me. If you lined on the machines with some sort of conveyor you could have a continuous line from cutting the wires to rolling the threads. I understand that the heating process is a bit of a bottleneck but if you used induction instead of gas it would be much faster. #2, child labor. nuff said. #3, what the hell was that? #4, this seems like a perfect thing for this sort of manual process. Machines couldn't do near as good a job. #5, Making the crappiest nuts known to man.

labor is probably so cheap that it doesn't matter how inefficient the manufacturing is.I dont think they will invest in induction heating, it doesn't look like they have invested in anything in the past 100 years.

There is NO PERFORMANCE INCENTIVE in place here. No "Suggestion Box" for employees to recommend how the BOLT manufacturing process can be improved. We in the USA can't criticize them because THIS IS ALSO THE WAY OUR GOVERNMENT WORKS.
