Excellent selection of trips recommended, I want to do them all but with three small children I need to mix & match in order to keep them entertained. You are so right about the weather though, an average trip can become brilliant if the weather is great. A bucket list trip can be spoilt by lousy weather. As you've had an enforced break due to lockdown how about something like Norway for stunning scenery. I'd love that or a bit of history visiting the D day beaches and other wartime sites across Europe. I did Colditz Castle some years ago, fascinating. Keep up the great work Zoe (and Adam LOL).

We did loads of offgrid camping in Scotland and loved it so much, only used campsites when we needed to refresh with water and empty our waste

Thanks Ads & Zoe that was a great set of places to visit. Many of the videos in the playlist feature Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 and it was somewhere we were planning to go to this year, maybe next year 🤞🤞🤞. It must have been wonderful to see the Otter, it's a rare sight and I must say I've never been lucky enough to see one in the wild. Thanks for sharing. Hope you are both keeping safe and well. To be honest Ads, I contacted them by email couple of times in the last 2 weeks.Told nc500 so popular that they have run out of stock,and due to ( C,,,,,,,, ) they don’t know when printers will replace them. They also said to leave trip till spring as a lot of the campsites are now closed due to shorter days etc etc. Great to see you both each week and that Herman is behaving himself. Ps still in love with my halo view ads, even if it’s only to take our penguin out for a ride locally to keep engine topped up. 🍻 penguin peter 🐧🐧 Will give you a shout at 4 ish. After last week I need to find a Homebase near us ,ha ha 😘

Thanks for really good look at some of your favourite trips away . Devizes is my favourite site, only hour and half from home , visit the site ( area) lots . Also nice to see someone mention The New Forest, an area many times forgotten. 👍🚐

Loved our time in North Ireland, must return in the future, Wild Atlantic way & NC500 is on our hit list, never been to New forest, only passed through Wiltshire so two more places for our list

Thanks for your tips. I bookmarked the places so I will be able to find them again when I visit the islands after the big exits, the Br.. and the C.. . If you manage to come back to Herman's birthplace, I would be glad to help you with some excellent places to visit, away from the "super" tourist spots, but places with great wine/beer and excellent local food. - No epilogue needed any more! :-)

Love watching you both on your travels, I agree with the Wilts area being scenic and historically beautiful, I live in South Wilts (on the Wilts/Dorset boarder, just 6 miles from Shaftesbury) Shaftesbury is worth a visit, you would enjoy Gold Hill (as in the Hovis Advert!)

Hmmmmmm. I am a new subscriber. I thought I would say hello. Considering I lived in both Wiltshire and City of Bath all together 7 years. Rest assured I was shocked to find out it made the top 5. I am guessing you haven't been to the North West of England :) mountains, sea, beaches, cultural cities history art and music of course and never mind the sports and industrial history. Lord Leverhulme and Lord Hulton just to name 2 . Thank you I enjoyed the video and no a new subscriber

Welcome to the channel BattleBusTherapy and thanks for subscribing. Cumbria is very nice and we'll be hopefully going there again soon. We like many places in Britain and abroad but we could only choose 5 for this video. There's also other places we like in Wales, Scotland, Jurassic Coast, Cotswolds, Britany, the Canadian Rockies, New Zealand and many many more. We did struggle to choose and we went through a theme ideas but in the end we ended up with this top 5. That is not to say we didn't like the other places. So, how did you find Wiltshire? Do you know of other places to visit in Wiltshire? 🚐👍👍

@@HermanHitstheRoad i am not a fan of Wiltshire, in all the place I have lived in the UK, I found Wiltshire the worst county by far. 2 years I lived there. City of Bath I enjoyed 5 years I lived there. But please to be in the North West of England a lot more going, and different landscapes. I have been here 9 years now, no return to the South where I lived about 23 year overall. Surrey, Hampshire, Wiltshire, Oxfordshire and of course Avon. South and North Wales where nice too.

Another Great Vid. NC 500 is on our to do list (how long in days do you think you need to enjoy it?). We enjoyed North Norfolk coast as it takes in Sheringham/Cromer and a day out in Norwich from Incleborough fields camc and then moved on to Sandringham for another good day out.

We enjoyed the North Norfolk coast to. It sounds like we did the same thing. As for how long to do the NC500 - I think 5 to 7 days is enough time unless you go really slowly. We'd love to go again

Hi Zoe and Ads, We love your video’s, you always make us laugh when you start your video’s. A great selection we would like to do the NC 500 but not sure if we would get around our motorhome is 2.5 metres wide and 7.5 long and we’d like to do the apple cross pass any ideas if we’d fit ?

Thanks Paul. You should be OK with your motorhome on the NC500. I suggest not doing the Applecross pass though. There is a huge sign warning you of the dangers of large vehicles on the pass.👍🚐👍

@@HermanHitstheRoad Well I've not traveled abroad, but here my favorites here in the USA thus far. 1. The Grand Tetons & Yellowstone National Park, Wyoming 2. Calaveras Sequoyah Big Trees National Forest, California 3. Santa Fe & Taos Pueblo, New Mexico 4. Bluebonnets in bloom mid March in the Hill Country of central Texas 5. Fall foliage tour on the Skyline drive in eastern Oklahoma I have visited all five locations, all of which are RV favorites, thanks for asking!
