Agree with everything you said, works across almost every geography. Sniper sourcing works more for resume database searches than on LinkedIn since resumes have far more details in them.

How did she know us sourcers all take ADHD meds...😂 Seriously though, great tips as always. Just wrapped up my toughest client project and I definetly made some of the mistakes she mentioned. Will be taking this advice to heart on my future projects!
