If I had kids and they were building dangerous high tech things 2 things would happen first yes I will probably yell at them because they could’ve gotten hurt but I would also realize they are extremely intelligent and then watch over their projects to make sure they are safe

That's definitely one of the reasons, but I believe there's much more to it than that, I even made a video explaining in detail why exactly Candace wants to bust her brothers, and I think there's multiple reasons for it

As for the Doofenshmirtz and Perry counter plot always erases Phineas and Ferb's inventions, it completely does the opposite for Candace's accidental party, resulting in her getting busted

I agree on that, but really, she once literally had to decide on either saving evidence of their builds or saving Phineas. Sure, she did help him at the end, but it's horrifying she even had to think about it in the first place.

And Mr. Fletcher never helped her to tell her mother about what phineas and ferb did because even he participates with them

@@arrantcobra1790 lets say they get bad luck, ferb gets hit by a car driven by irving as an act of revenge for leaving them out or something. ferb dies, phineas goes into a depression and eventually does the deed himself. irving faces no consequences for killing ferb and flees to mexico and eventually gets karma and is thrown in jail.

@@peterjohnisback That's an excellent theory. However, I doubt Disney would allow that level of a dark theme for a G-rated show. I don't remember who Irving is, possibly because I haven't seen the series all the way through yet. (I didn't have cable growing up, but I have Disney+ to watch the series on.) It's kinda complicated, there were a few moments in the series where Candace admitted that she's secretly proud of the things that Phineas and Ferb have done. but she claims that the main reason why she's always trying to bust them is because she's trying to protect them from the things they do which kinda makes sense because just about everything that the boys is dangerous in one way or another and they do things that kids their age should never be doing. so yeah that's pretty much it.

i once heard a theory somewhere that the biological dad of phineas and candace died in some sort of workplace accident, and she doesn’t want a repeat of that, unsure if this has any basis or something, just sharing it

My theory is that at first, she wanted to show their Mom just cause she thought it was cool, but got frustrated when the projects would always disappear. So she eventually thought that Phineas and Ferb were hiding the machines on purpose, and set out to bust them

Yeah, that episode is a little bit of a paradox, and certain things technically both happened and didn't happen: If Isabella returned to the past and gave Phineas and Ferb the tool they were looking for, then it means the two of them will not travel to the future to look for it. If they don't travel to the future though, then the entirety of the episode ("Phineas and Ferb's Quantum Boogaloo") wouldn't happen, and consequently Isabella wouldn't be able to go to the future to get that tool and hand it to the boys, in the first place. So in order for this to make sense, there must be 2 different timelines: one where Phineas and Ferb don't have the tool, time travel and ultimately get busted to future Linda, and one where the boys do have that tool, thanks to Isabella, and do not time travel at all - thereby not getting busted. It's a huge mess, yeah xD

@@Jegcopo There's another paradox (well, more of a self-fulfilling prophecy) involved in it, too. Future Linda indirectly proved that Candace never succeeded in busting the boys up until that point, thus dooming Candace to always fail.

Honestly, it’s actually nice that the creators of the show added that in, plus a dream inside of a dream, after Candice wakes up after her dream that’s in Perry’s dream, she explains everything to her parents and then the god damn FBI burst into the house after the family find out that Perry’s an agent inside the dream and take the family away and then Perry wakes up

Nothing’s wrong with a mom being protective over her sons, she’s just afraid that something might go wrong that’s going to end up hurting them or worse death. And another thing, candace might just feel the same way, she’s just afraid that her brothers might get hurt.

Heinz comes from a veeery long line of wicked and devious evil-doers, so his parents might have inherited that kind of villany, where they're evil just for the sake of being evil. And I like to think they act in such a supportive and caring way with Roger not because, deep down, they actually love him, but only because they know that showing that kind of affection to their younger child would hurt Heinz more than anything. It's a bit messed up, but I think those two would be 100% capable of doing such a thing x)

Further, If you saw a huge stage your first thought would be "Ohh, My kids and husband hired a event management company, I wonder how much it costs" or "My kids must be genius and they built a stage so they must be capable of building an elevator to the moon"

I'll try to answer to the best of my abilities as a super fan of the show x) (This might get quite long lol) I believe the whole "locking up children until they're adults" thing didn't start happening right after the boys get busted. I guess it must have taken Doof some time to rise to power and change the laws to enclose children in protective suits and all, so by then Vanessa was probably already 18 and wasn't required to be locked up. But, in any case, since Doof is now the supreme lord of the world/Tri-State Area, I think he could make an exception for Vanessa, leaving her unharmed and free. After all, it's HIS dictatorship xD Linda and Lawrence might actually have been fine with Doof making the Tri-State Area safer and all, but I'm pretty sure they would have realized how messed up it was to lock children away. After some time, and with Doof making some intensive propaganda, they might have convinced themselves that this was the best choice and the safest option for their children As for Candace, I believe she instead would quickly realize that what she wanted (busting the boys) was not actually what she needed, and she would probably start regretting busting them quite soon. She would probably try her best to keep her brothers with her and rebel against this law, but she wouldn't quite manage to do anything about it. Even though they're usually pretty responsible and do whatever they're told - especially if laws are concerned, - I like to imagine Phineas and Ferb would find a way to escape Doof and would use some invention to free themselves and meet up with Candace and all together, the 3 of them, would go ahead and rescue their friends. Along with Isabella and the rest of the gang they would probably form "The Resistance", just like they did in the second dimension movie (only this time including the boys from the start) and would do their best to fight Doof. However... this time, they wouldn't succeed like in the second dimension as, 20 years later (with a 35-year-old Candace and 28-year-old Phineas and Ferb), it seems like Doof is still in charge and no one managed to overthrow him. Then I'm pretty sure Stacy and Jeremy would indeed be mad at Candace for causing Suzy and Ginger to be locked up, but I suppose they would eventually realize that it wasn't entirely her fault, and that she wasn't actually responsible for their sisters being locked up, so they would forgive her. ONLY after their sisters are rescued, of course. And here I could see Candace even putting her safety on the line to rescue Ginger and Suzie. I can see Candace rescuing Suzy herself, thereby making the little demon see Candace in a brand new light and hate her slightly less. x) Unfortunatelly, even though this is an incredibly intriguing scenario, it doesn't look like our heroes would have a happy ending after all. Or if they do, they'd at least after 20 years of living in a dystopia x)

There's no official confirmation that Jeremy isn't Fred's biological father, fans just started speculating because of how Fred doesn't seem to resemble Jeremy. Although a scenario like this one you mentioned would be quite intriguing and kinda fun, there's no reason to believe Fred isn't Jeremy's son - and is Buford's instead. As far as we know, Fred could have inherited his brown hair from Candace's biological father (who we know nothing about) or maybe from Candace's grandpa Clyde (since we don't know what his hair looked like when he was young). But again, a scenario where Candace and Buford end up together (and where Suzy and Candace become friends) would be hilarious xD
