Hi Bobby! I’m only 16 and two years ago, I wanted to start eating healthier. And unfortunately I was tricked by see the words “natural” “healthy” “no sugar added” and “sugar free.” I would also buy 100% fruit juices made form concentrate thinking they were healthy. And I never actually knew how bad they were. Then I discovered and realized a few months after doing research and looking at products that we are constantly getting lied to with these words on these products. As expensive as most healthy options are, I still buy them when I can. And I have no one else to thank but you Bobby for showing me. So thank you so much Bobby!!

The heirloom chickens cook great. Season and then rub with grass fed ghee. then Bake at 425 for one hour. Crispy and delicious!

You hit it out of the park with your recommendations. I highly recommend learning to making hummus at home, it is so easy and delicious. No additives like unhealthy fats or natural flavors. TJs sells all the ingredients needed, EVOO or Avocado Oil, also tahini, spices and lemons. I also like to throw some kalamata olives in, a very healthy snack with some sliced cucumbers for dipping.

Hummus is so easy to make in a food processor with canned organic chicken peas, tahinni, organic lemon rind and juice, real EVOO... Could fancy it up with toasted sesame seeds, home-roasted red peppers or fresh herbs and a nice surface-splosh of EVOO.. Humongous savings! Great to bring to a party with some celery or Siete chips. Yummmmmmm...

Helllo! I love buying most items you recommend but on your last Trader Joes Shopping Trip you tried the PB& J Frooze balls and said the macros were so good. When I picked them up myself and read it again, I was shocked at the amount of fat and sugar and could not justify eating them.

You should be making your own hummus. Way way cheaper, healthier, an taste much better than any store bought. Incredibly quick an easy to make as well. (Not counting the time to soak an boil the chickpeas)
