Dainfern is the old style estates. It's basically a neighborhood that's closed off, like Kyalami Estates. It's unlike modern estates with a design theme.

@@ZKhweziN That's incorrect. Dainfern definitely had a Tuscan architectural theme in its inception. They've relaxed their guidelines over the years because that style is no longer en vogue. Also, Kyalami Estates had similar theme as Dainfern too. In fact, pretty much most of the early estates in Gauteng are Tuscan inspired.

I applied for vacant land valued at R70 000 from Tshwane Municipality in 2007 at 19yrs, they doubled the value in 3 months, then put it on auction for the ones that pay via brown papar bags. they lied to me and told me that "developers" bought the land...yet those develpoers were deregisterd with the NHBRC in 2005.

@gregory you are right. There's something called white privilege. It doesn't mean people don't work hard but it just means they have a better advantage than the black Africans. An ordinary black South African has to work 10 times more to get what the whites acquire in a blink of an eye
