I once viewed this house in Hyde Park when it was on the market for R26.99M.. completely different from what I'm seeing now. Now spending that much buying and still renovate, one has to be WEALTHY!

Not everyone wants Live Laugh Love on their walls. Some people want to live in artwork and high end specs and I fully love and support those with such daring and panache. Obviously if you like rustic chic this home is out of your range. 💁🏿‍♀️

Nice and clean, elegant design and no overkill on the decor. Pity it's a central house, no view to the outside world.

No matter how articulate she is, she can't change the fact that the house is a box. No character whatsoever. All that talk of balance and linking the house with fluidity and mediums and embracing gestures etc etc....
