I think Arcadia Mansion and Siam Guesthouse are strong options as I like the fact they have full size refrigerator and Arcadia goes a step further with dishes, cups, silverware too. Nagshead is a solid back up. Thanks for the video

Very good videos. Thanks for the information. Could you get an apartment and how much would you charge me for the service? I am looking for three months from September to December, to have 1 separate room. that has a sauna, swimming pool and GYM. My budget is 20,000 Bht monthly. Preferred area Praunmak Hills or Pattaya.

I know you said you were thinking of doing Bangkok reviews. But I'd much rather see hua hin myself. I've heard the studio rooms are so cheap I'd love to see them. Up to you though as they say

I arrive September for 2 weeks. What are your suggestions for a budget hotel in Pattaya proper with a pool? $20usd or less. I have looked at $13-35/night I don't want to be in Jomtien maybe N. Patty or Naklua. Right now on my High side is Seven Zies Chic Hotel $235/week superior on Beach and soi 5. On the lower end is Hillside? in Pratumnak 2? $100usd/wk. I'm looking for clean, quiet and nice pool under 20usd/night. Close to baht bus like 200 meters or so.

$20 or less is a tough ask with a pool. I would say D Xpress Apartment (between Soi Buakhao and 3rd Rd) and Sutus Court (on Soi Buakhao just South of Cheap Charlies) might be your two best bets

September is still low season, rains almost every day in September lol, still possible to find a hotel, with pool, for under $20 (720baht). The Corner Lodge is my favorite, really nice, often at 600 - 700b, but a it's on soi bongkot, a short walk from 3rd Road.
